process of facilities

II. DEFINITIONS / DEFINITIONS

Procd spcial : Un procd spcial ncessite la mise en uvre de moyens techniques dont les rsultats
ne peuvent pas tre entirement vrifis par des contrles ou essais sur les articles aronautiques traits.
Special Process: A special process requires the implementation of technical resources witch results can not
be fully verified by inspections or tests on aeronautical processed items
III. PROCEDURE / PROCEDURE
Avant leur utilisation sur des articles aronautiques ou aprs une modification majeure les procds
spciaux font lobjet dun dossier de qualification
Une qualification de ces procds est refaire en cas de modifications majeures
Ce dossier est constitu par le responsable de la mise en route de linstallation concerne, qui fait appel
pour cela diffrentes entits de SMES, engineering, atelier, qualit, etc
Les pices constituant le dossier sont rpertories dans le tableau ci aprs
Lorsque le dossier est finalis, une fiche de qualification de procd spcial est instruite par le responsable
du dossier, et valide par les responsables engineering, production et qualit. Le modle de la fiche est
donn en annexe PGQ 17-01
Le dossier de qualification et la fiche de qualification sont archivs par lengineering.
Before their use for aeronautical items or after a major change, special processes are subject to a
qualification file.
A qualification of these processes must be carried out again in case of major changes
This folder is established by the person in charge of the start-up of the installation concerned in
collaboration with different entities of SMES (engineering, workshop, quality, etc.)

Documents constituting the file are listed in the table below.

When the file is finalized, a special qualification process record card is investigated by case manager and
validated by the engineering, production and quality managers. The model for the sheet is given in annex
(PGQ 17-01).
The qualification file and qualification form are archived by the engineering.
