Basic engineering
Project planning
Based on your User Requirement Specification, our engineers will produce the basic engineering for the
automation of your plant. This will take into account your preference for particular systems and the integration of
legacy systems.

Detail engineering
Programming and cabinet construction
After approval of the basic engineering concept, the detail and implementation engineering phase begins.
Endress+Hauser now selects the best instrumentation and components for the job. It builds and tests the network,
programs the controllers, designs and tests the monitoring and visualization faceplates, completes the
documentation etc. A Factory Acceptance Test on our premises confirms the satisfactory working of the system.
Deliveries
After the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the automation system is installed and commissioned at the customer's
site. With the assistance of Endress+Hauser engineers, the system is installed, cabled and commissioned in full
compliance with industrial guidelines, e.g. ISO, FDA, GAMP, NAMUR etc.. It is handed over to the customer after
successful completion of a Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Deliveries
Where agreed, we will provide training for your personnel. Service support is available from your local
Endress+Hauser representative.
