(Having abilities in the field of fabrication and erection of steel structure, assembling
and installation of trusses, firefighting pipe line, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning,
AHUs, FCUs including plant rooms piping, cooling tower and boiler room)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working as site engineer and Responsible for the fabrication and installation
of steel structure work of ATC control tower at new Islamabad international
airport
Working as site engineer and responsible for the contract management,
material and cost scheduling, and estimating the value of contract and
value of material for the required job.
Working as site engineer in AB ENGINEERING COMPANY at New Islamabad
international airport project and responsible for the installation of
firefighting pipe line at PTB (PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING) during this
period.
Responsible for the fabrication and installation of zone control valve
assembly including gate valves, gong bells, emergency shut valve and
temperature sensors.
Responsible for the fabrication and erection of chilled water pipe line from
200mm to 900mm including gate valves, non-return valves, strainer, flexible
connection of plant room and connection with chilled water pumps and

condenser water pumps for the air-conditioning purpose of Passenger

terminal building.
Responsible for the fabrication and assembling of valves assembly of AIR
HANDLING UNITS(AHUs) including the gate valves ,butterfly valve, strainer ,
2 way modulating valve and air relief valve .
Responsible for the installation of fire hydrant and fire hose real in the
Passenger Terminal Building of New Islamabad air port
Responsible for the installation of pressure and temperature gauges of plant
room
Responsible for the installation of fuel tank piping for the refilling of Air

Design and fabrication of energy efficient plastic injection molding Machine with self
locking clamping system this is a new concept in the field of molding. Most of the
plastic industries are using these machines in Pakistan as well as in all over the world.
More over this is a funded project from Pakistan Science Foundation. The funded
amount was 0.140 million.
In this project I have calculated the cycle time of a mold process for single and
multiple shot and I tried my level best to design a machine with new concept that is
called self-locking clamping system. From industrial point of view its very economical
because most of the energy we used for the clamping of mold dies wit external force
and it required again energy but my concept totally depends upon only single
operating motor system.
