The RIL ACEDEMY IS THE CAPACITY BUILDING ARM of Resource Intermediaries Limited, where we offer training
with a difference. Our trainings are tailored to the peculiar needs of the organization. After each training facilitated we
proffer practicable solutions and also follow up with implementation of learning imparted.
Our facilitators are seasoned professionals in their various fields with over 50 years of cumulative experience. We are
also accredited by the Center for Management Development (CMD), the national regulatory body for trainings in
Nigeria. Our training facilitations are not limited to Nigeria but we also organize trainings outside the shores of Nigeria
depending on the preference of our clients.
The RIL Finishing School is an integral part of the RIL Academy that trains fresh out of school graduates on basic soft
skills in preparation for the job market. It was discovered that most graduates from Nigerian tertiary institutions lack
what it takes to make them attractive to employers. Also in a bid to encourage entrepreneurship amongst the youths,
graduates of the Finishing School qualify to compete for a N0.5 Million (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) grant by
submitting excellent business plans for review and defend same in front of practicing successful Entrepreneurs. The
grant is awarded to 2 winners anally; past winners are Tosin Fagbola, Deborah Akinoso and Toyin Olanrewaju.

Employee Credential Check
We carry out verification of employees certification, training, or educational claims. Our verification services leverage
on our contact with universities, colleges, vocational schools and other bodies, etc.. It involves verification of dates of
attendance and graduation, degrees or certifications obtained, majors/courses studied, GPA, and honours received.
We also cover Previous Employers Checks, Personal References among others.
