SUBJECT: CRIMINAL COMPLAINT UNDER IT ACT-2008

Sir,

I the undersigned Uzma Daughter of Usman Khan residing at House No: Okhla, New Delhi, hereby give this complaint in writing against
the following individual who has since last two months created fictitious ids in my name UZMA KHAN Whose link is as follow
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100007625144844 on Facebook and another profile page of the accused is which was later on
blocked by Facebook on my request is https://www.facebook.com/shabbu.siddiqui.376?fref=ufi and circulating vulgar pics and also
informing my other friends that I am about to close my original account and hence forward all communications shall be done from this fake
id, moreover whenever I have admonished to restrain from such acts this crook has threatened me to put fake and vulgar pics in my name
and shall post offending pics of Cow Slaughter offending the religious feelings of Hindus.

Further many a times this accused has more than once created offensive pages on facebook since last two months in which I was
successful in getting them blocked through FB community standards office and interestingly as per the location depicted in several of the
messages is of Makkah, Saudi Arabia, I have sent an email to Saudi Police in this regards and they have acknowledged my complaint
displaying its status as under review I am attaching this copy of email sent and received both as Exhibit I and some of other links of blocked
pages as reference for your perusal and tracing IP address of the individual who is threatening me.

As per the IT Act 2008 I wish prosecution of this individual who is harassing me and wish that following steps be taken against this
individual
1. Immediate arrest of this individual for creating fake id and impersonating my account as per the act section section 66A and 67of
the Information Technology Act and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. If the accused is using an international IP adress than he must be traced through the respective country of the Police and notice
and warrant may be sent through concerned Embassy for further action.
3. Whatever the Investigating Officer (IO) deems fit as per the law which are in my best interest safeguarding my modesty and as
per the principles of natural Justice.
