Time Leads are

First
associates who have been
fantastic individual
contributors and have
been recently promoted as
team leads, in recognition
of their potential to grow.
The First-Time Lead
Program (FTL) is targeted
at these individuals, within
0-6 months of their
becoming team leads

FTL aims to bring a mindset change in first-time leads, as

they embark on their first leadership role. By elevating
their people management capabilities, FTL will equip them
to drive results, manage teams effectively, assume greater
responsibilities and demonstrate change.
While FTL has a direct impact on Team Leads, it also
significantly benefits Supervisors and enhances team
performance!
