databases of different platforms like Linux and Sun Solaris.
Installing, Upgrading, and Maintaining of Oracle Databases and applying
oracle post release software patches and patch set units.

Installation of client software and De-installation of old oracle binaries.

Extensive experience on upgrading the lower version of oracle databases to

11.2.0.3.
Backup, Restore, Recovery and DB cloning using RMAN.
Refresh the production data to lower environments with various levels as
per the request like database level, schema level, table level,
Performed Database Cloning of Production environment on to Development
and Test environments to provide users with the live data for development
and testing purpose.
Upgraded and migrated Oracle databases to Oracle 9i, 10g versions. Used
Opatch utility for applying patches.
Performed security management by creating users, providing grants, roles
and privileges.
Carried out Backup and recovery with Online (HOT) and Offline (COLD)
strategy.
Monitoring and Maintaining Physical standby databases.
Restored and recovered databases during major crashes using RMAN.

Configuring RMAN for new databases for performing RMAN backup.
