2011 Present
Provider of liquefied natural gas (LNG) value chains to industrial and transportation markets, including storage, transportation, delivery,
equipment procurement and conversion, and LNG production facility development.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Lead all aspects of company operations including client development and support, plant supervision and
maintenance, and full-cycle management client projects. Assist clients with the design and development, of smallscale LNG production facilities, from site selection through commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

Developed and successfully executed a $6M project to deploy the first 10,000 GPD LNG Plant into ND from 2013
to 2014.

Led the project and operations team to expand plant to over 70,000 GPD to include plant selection, design,
fabrication, construction, and installation. Additionally, selected and procured over $14M of client support
equipment including trailers, storage, and vaporization equipment.

Served as the Engineering and Operations expert to help a client develop a suite of LNG plants ranging from
15,000 to 70,000 GPD.

Led the development and deployment of the first multi-point LNG refueling system for a mine. Increased LNG
consumption in mine vehicles by 20%.

One of the largest and fastest growing suppliers of LNG to the industrial sector in North America, which provides turnkey solutions for
converting from fuel-derived fuels to clean LNG.

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Led the design, fabrication, installation, and operations of LNG projects, including supervision and maintenance of
all plants. Led team of eight direct and 35 indirect reports. Managed operating budget.

Inherited and executed turnaround of a $10M LNG project that was significantly behind schedule and over
budget; led its successful completion in 45 days, ahead of schedule and with no safety incidents.

Trained eight operators in successful start-up of LNG plant that produced 70,000+ gallons, meeting all 15
commitments made to the Board of Directors and CEO two weeks early.

Conducted on-site personnel training in troubleshooting problems and developed a training program that met
OSHA PSM requirements.

Led engineering and construction of LNG plant that converted high-pressure stranded gas to LNG using various
processing modules, following ASME and API standards.

Established process to coordinate potential new projects with business development prior to order receipt,
resulting in on-time delivery of first new project.

Rebuilt damaged customer relationship with a major refinery by restoring confidence in ability to meet on-time
delivery commitments.

XEBEC INC, Blainville, QC

A developer, manufacturer, and supplier of advanced gas purification systems for pipeline gas plants in Canada, China, Korea, and other
international locations, which merged with Questar Inc. in 2009.

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Orchestrated the companys transition from an R&D organization to commercially focused enterprise for gas
purification systems. This included turning around a fractured operations function, repairing relationships with many
unsatisfied customers, and driving internal improvements in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
processes. Led and directed a team of 7 direct reports and 100 indirect reports, including a non-union workforce, as
well as 40 employees in China. Managed an operating budget of $1M.

Championed board-approved business expansion that included turnkey natural gas purification plants; closed
sale with major gas utility company in Southern California as part of this expansion.

Spearheaded internal changes that improved on time order delivery from 50% late to 100% on time within one
year.

Saved $400K per year by building consensus to lower company burn rate through 50% consolidation of leased
facilities.

Executed the successful merger two companies and three locations, including implementation new processes
and employee integration and training; received ISO 9000 recertification for the merged company and new
certification for Chinese operations.

Led team in the engineering, fabrication, installation and operations of alternative fuel gas plants to natural gas
pipeline. Developed API, ASME, and FERC-compliant modular design that reduced costs and size while
improving delivery times.

Improved performance of engineering team in China, Vancouver, and Montreal for the companys natural gas
products and plants.

Helped design and fabricate a gas plant for a Korean customer, working in collaboration with a South Korean
engineering and fabrication company.

Optimized the global supply chain by improving supplier performance.

Traveled to China and solved an internal strike, working with manufacturing department and local

Start-up company that designed, fabricated, installed, and operated a landfill gas to liquid natural gas plant.

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Held full accountability for the design, fabrication, construction, installation, and operations of an innovative landfill
gas to liquid natural gas plant. Managed operational functions, including project management, manufacturing,
supply chain, purchasing, safety and environment, IT, construction and installation, plant operations, and service.
Led nine direct and 50 indirect reports, including a non-union workforce. Managed $6M project budget and $1M+
operating budget.

Organized and structured the Operations Division, which including hiring and training 15+ personnel during the
first year.

Managed inexperienced team in the commissioning, start-up, and testing phases of the gas plant, working 12
hours per day, seven days per week.

Led a multidisciplinary team in the on time, on-budget start-up of the companys first gas plant, which
produced liquid gas ahead of schedule.

Ensured installed plants meet all requirements of API, ASME, NAPA, OSHA, and FERC.

Completed construction and installation of LNG plant, entailing an investment 57,000+ man-hours, without
incurring a single first aid or reportable safety incident.

CRYOFUEL SYSTEMS / CRYOENERGY, Monroe, WA

1999 2003

Alternative fuel start-up company that provided plants that converted waste methane gas to liquid natural gas.

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Held overall responsibility for the design, fabrication, construction, installation and operations for first-ever landfill gas
to liquid natural gas plant. Led five direct and 30 indirect reports, including a non-union workforce. Managed $8M
budget for four projects. Hired and trained initial operations team.

Developed company engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operations processes and tools in
PFD, P&ID, and GA formats, as well as internal quality processes and procedures in compliance with API, ASME,
NFPA, and FERC requirements.

Created new modular design that reduced cost, size, and time to deliver.

Led the installation, commissioning and start-up of two waste gases to LNG plants, one, which treated natural
gas from a stranded well, and one that converted landfill gas to LNG; generated all power with natural gas
generators.

Decreased cost of gas purification units by 25% within one year.

Trained and mentored 40 new employees to design, fabricate, and operate gas plants.

Met schedule for delivering a new product to a landfill in Canada and a stranded well in California.

Coordinated, applied for and received Air Permit in California.
