Dear Family,
By now you may have heard that we are

beginning our second phase of ministry

in Europe in June.
WE HAVE MOVED TO
SCOTLAND 1 When the doors began to close
one by one here for us along the Com
munist border, we looked into other
options.
The one the Lord has plainly
opened is in N.E. Scotland, along the
North Sea coast.

Our work:

to minister

to two churches in Buckie and Portknockie.

Vienna, Austria
To begin laying the ground work for a new
church in nearby Elgin. To gather a team
of committed couples and singles who will come to this area of Scotland
between Inverness and Aberdeen - people who love people, and will settle in
some of the towns of this N.E. area. Please pray that the Lord Himself will
choose and send the right people - and that He will raise up those at home
to support them.

Woodrow had a teaching seminar for several days recently in Reichenau, Austria,
where he taught twenty young men and women from the United States. These are
second generation Russians whose parents escaped from Russia at great Peril
and hardship during World War II, They are in Europe training to take the
Gospel to the people in the Soviet bloc countries.

If you would care to write to us directly in Scotland, we would be delighted

to hear from you. Your $$ gifts and contributions to the work, however,
should continue to go to the San Jose address. We appreciate the many
prayers, letters, and support towards our living expenses so very much. Thank
you. Some have also sent tapes and other lovely "extras" - much welcomed
and enjoyed!

I am very happy about this change of location, and believe that God will use

Mom and Dad to strengthen and increase the Kingdom in Scotland. Evangelist
Luis Palau was in our church recently, and reported on his 1979 trip to
Scotland, He said that revival is needed, and that he thought God was ready
to act in a special way. To have my parents right there working with churches
and leaders who want revival and are praying for it is exciting. Your con

tinued prayer and support undergird this important ministry to people who

seem to have forgotten that God is alive!
