2016 Partnership Opportunities

2016 is the 11th year of our summer series at the Arts & Culture Park! From June
through September the Park will be hosting a weekly music and movie series that will
attract several hundred people each night. The Town of Quispamsis invites local
businesses to play a key role in the success of the Arts and Culture Park by
contributing to one of the popular movie or music nights during the summer!
The Arts & Culture Park has become a jewel and focal point in the community. Located in
the heart of the community and business district, the Park provides a forum for arts and
culture, which play a significant role in advancing community & cultural pride, education
& awareness, and economic development.
The following are partnership opportunities for local businesses. With your support this
beautiful venue will continue to attract residents and visitors alike to our downtown area.

Family Movies In The Park

Family Movies in the Park offer local businesses a unique opportunity to support a
family-friendly movie at the outdoor theatre. This is a creative avenue for local business
promotion through verbal recognition and a display of the companys name & logo
on-site during the Friday evening movie. In addition, the businesss name will also
appear in local newspapers, special event e-mail messages/Qmail, website calendar,
Facebook and Twitter accounts. Businesses may also distribute coupons and/or
giveaways during the event.
Each movie partnership opportunity: $320.00*
*Although the above rate has not increased since the series began in 2006 this
years rate is slightly higher due to the upcoming (July 1st) HST increase which
affects supplies, advertising costs, etc.

Rain Location: Town Hall

Music in the Park

Support of the Music in the Park event is an opportunity for local businesses to become
involved in providing an evening of professional musical entertainment on our open-air
stage. Businesses may display their companys name and logo on-site during the event
as well as be verbally recognized before and after the performance. In addition, the
businesss name will also appear in local newspapers, special event e-mail
messages/Qmail, website calendar, Facebook and Twitter accounts. Businesses may also
distribute coupons, giveaways and/or create a package to encourage park patrons to
visit the business prior to or following the performance.

Each musical performance partnership opportunity: $525.00*

*Although the above rate has not increased since the series began in 2006 this years rate is slightly higher due to the upcoming (July 1st)
