NEED OF THE STUDY:


Knowledge and learning become perfect when it is associated
with theory and practice. Theoretical knowledge gets its
perfection with practical application. As our educational system
predominantly text based, inclusion of practical orientation
program,. This research Report is an important partial
requirement of MBA program. In such state of affairs the
present aiming at analyzing the experience of practical
orientation related to an appraisal of the provident housing ltd.

STAEMANT OF THE PROBLEM:


1] Construction of raw material costs high thus proportion of
profit declining.
2] Frequent changes of inhabitation rule of Indian Government.
3] Market pressure for lowering of lending rate.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:


As I was an intern, my scope was very much limited and
restricted. I had maintained some official formality for the
collection of data of my report.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:


Major objective:

The broad objective of the study is to prepare report on


Housing opportunity in Provident Housing Ltd Bangalore.

Specific objective:
To put on knowledge about the function of Real Estate.
To identify the different Real Estate project.
To identify the problem of Provident Housing Ltd.
To recommend suggestions for the Management.

METHODOLOGY
The study requires a systematic procedure from selection of the
topic to preparation of the final report. To perform the study,
the data sources were to be identified and collected, to be
classified, analyzed, interpreted and presented in a systematic
manner and key points were to be found out. The overall
process of methodology has been given as below.

METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY:

Population
Officer and Clients of Provident Housing Ltd.
Sampling size
The sampling size was 50 client 5 officers.
Sampling method
Non probability convenience sampling procedure has used in
the survey.

SOURCES OF DATA:

There are two types of data:


a) Primary Data
b) Secondary Data

Data Collection Procedure


a) Primary Data
Face to face conversation with the Officers and clients.
b) Secondary Data
To furnish the report properly information was mainly taken
from Intranet.
Official records of Provident Housing Ltd.
Annual reports of Provident Housing Ltd.
File study in the Provident Housing Ltd. Sales & Marketing.

TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION:


Primary data has been collected by training a non structured
questioner containing 15 question farther facility responses
where also proved a better understanding with problem.

PLAN OF ANALYSIS:
In chapter 1 industry profile and need for the study has been
expressed while in chapter 2 objectives of the study and
research methodology has been expressed. Chapter 3 explores
the profile of the origination and theoretical framework whereas
chapter 4 includes the data analysis. Summary, finding and
suggestion have been laid out.
