Industry invited to review and comment during the review period,


and further advised:

This period constitutes the last opportunity for "substantive"


review of the draft harmonized CSR.

There will be a final Technical Committee review of the draft


harmonized Common Structural Rules during the period of
1 Nov 2013 thru 15 Dec 2013, however, this final review is
planned as a non-substantive confirmation of the Rules.

the reason being the schedule for the submission of the CSR-H to
IMO for verification of compliance with the IMO Goal Based
Standards.
