manager wishes to start proceedings.

I just want to ensure that everyone is aware that there has been some backlash from
our employees and consumers regarding the perception that we have avoided
reporting on EME (Electromagnetic Energy) due to the circumstances surrounding
Ziqians passing. As an executive team I think we should address the EME issue. Id
like to discuss how we engage with this issue, including the reporting of EME and the
possible effects and the implications of not reporting on it could have on our
business.

no need to generate publicity for this issue we have more products
also we have brand value and customer satisfaction too in other

4 Polka Quality Manager: In that case, if our main focus is on


increasing sales only then I got a plan and a strategy which I would
like to share with all the boards members.
Polka : - We can reduce our manufacturing cost if we use parts
which are locally made or components which are manufactured by
chinese companies and which can be bought on cheaper rates.
Polka:- if we look as a example ; Volkswagen which is a global auto
giant compromised on its quality and used low infrastructure whn
they launched cars in Europe.
Polka:- So, if we can apply similar strategy in to our Nano project
with help of which we can cut our price of car then chances are
higher that we can increase our sales up to good extent.
Polka: I am aware of fact that customer always gives a second
thought while buying anything which is available at lower price and
for cars they surely be thinking twice.

Polka:- For further if suppose we use cheap products then we have


to make a strong marketing plan and more attractive advisement
which can lure people and sales can be achived. Also, we can lauch
some special offers with the car as customer who will buy Nano will
get additional benefits in regard to service and maintaince.

Polka;- I have put forward my views with which we can increase in


sales and also achieve low manufacturing cost. And I believe if we
work on this we surely can see change in number of sales.
5 CRA- like to buy cheap car but they dont want to loose their life
for suchwe cannot comprimse with helath and safety issue, result
was terrible people are afraid to buy this car.
6 Polka- Quality manager- Yeah I know your reports are true but if
we can just pass our car with minimum safety regulations as per
Indian vehicles regulations than even government cannot stop from
selling our car.
7-NANCY- PRICE STRATEGY COST LEADERSHIP IF PRICE IS LOW THE
WE CAN HAVE MASS SALES. MARKETING MANAGER- HOW TO

I am glad that my suggestion has been taken into consideration and
and thought we know we are compromising with the quality of a
product a bit but me as the quality manager will check the quality
reports of every lot manufactured so as to make sure more than
minimal quality checks so as vehicle can pass just required safety
test so that car can be conituously be sold in the market..
