With 32 years of hands-on experience in the steel, coal, automotive and cement industries,
Mr Ramesh offers the expertise and on the ground knowledge that cannot be undervalued.
His rich and productive experience as a senior VP-HR with Hyundai Motors Ltd led him to
start Layam Group, and build a highly respected and professional team of people who
excel in helping business leaders reach their corporate and personal goals.
Mr Rohet Ramesh S, Executive Director
After specialising in International Business at Bordeaux University in France, Mr Rohet
Ramesh brings up to date knowledge and training to the Executive team, with the energy
and enthusiasm of youth inspiring and encouraging the management team of Layam
Group, as well as overseeing the back end support and providing a modern and unique
