DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between:
RES IPSA LOQUITOR INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines, represented by its Executive Vice President-Managing Director,
RES I. LOQUITOR, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 151 Session Road, Baguio City,
hereinafter referred to as the DONOR; and
City of Baguio, represented by the City Mayor, EDILBERTO DELL CLARAVALL , of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Baguio City, referred to as the DONEE;
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the developer of a residential subdivision under BP 220, known as
Barratry Subdivision, situated at Brgy.Bakakeng Norte Baguio City;
That the DONOR is the lawful owner of the parcels of land which were developed as open
spaces, roads, parks and playground, and community facilities which form part of Barratry
Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:

That, for in compliance of the housing guidelines under BP 220 in consonance with PO
1216, and in consideration and as part of the DONOR'S act of liberality and generosity, the
DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely gives, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto
said DONEE, all of the right, title and interest which said DONOR has in the above-described
parcel of land.
That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this
donation, that he has reserved to himself sufficient property, in full ownership or in usufruct,
which is necessary and adequate for his support in consonance with his standing in society;
That the DONOR further states, for the same purpose as expressed in the next
preceding paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding his creditors,
having reserved to himself property sufficient to answer for his debts contracted prior to this
date;
ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in his favor by
the DONOR, and hereby expresses his appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and
generosity of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have hereunto affixed their
signatures this 29th day of April 2016 at Baguio City, Philippines.

EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 29th day of April 2016 by and among:

KEL SO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence and postal address at 2222
J. Victor Street, Baguio City:
MAMBOBO SO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residence and postal address at
3333 Taylo Street, Pio del Pilar, Baguio City;
WITNESSETH:
THAT we are the legitimate children and sole heirs of ANUN SO who died on March 25,
2016 in Baguio City; copy of his death certificate is hereto attached as Annex "A";

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any outstanding debts
