1- Root pass by welder ID MSK-T-WD-0001 with SMAW process as per PWPS 001
2- Filling and Cap by welder ID WQT-49 with SAW process as per PWPS 001
And the Test coupon visually shows high reinforcement. And the Tests found not acceptable.
