Submission
Please note that you have to complete and submit the report in one sitting, as the report cannot be saved
before submission. Please ensure that all the information is correct before submitting, as you will not be
able to edit the report after submission.
1. How will the applicant know that NUS has received my submission of the referee report?
Applicant may log in to the Online Application Status Facility
(https://myaces.nus.edu.sg/uasonline2/scholarships/Login.do) to check the status of the referee
report. The status will be updated between 5 to 7 working days from the date of your submission.
2. I am nominated as a referee by a few applicants, will this be a problem?
No. You may submit referee reports for multiple applicants.
3. Is there a word limit for open-ended questions?
No. However, you should keep to the space provided in the online form.
4. Why does NUS need my official work email address?
NUS is requesting for the referees official work email address, in order to better verify the identities
and designations of the referees.
5. How do I edit my report for an applicant after I have already submitted it? I have missed out
something really important.
No amendments can be made after submission of the referee report.
