Karam Ceramics is one of the biggest companies which are operating in the ceramics
industries and sector, providing a wide ranged variety of ceramics. The main aim and
objectives of the Karam ceramics is to make easiness and career development opportunities
for the employees already working in the company, and the other staff working in the
company and for all of the businesses such as imports, exports, suppliers, producers, whole
seller and retailers, manufacturers and dealers doing their best in the ceramics sector where
ceramics ware, pottery, tiles (all types of tiles) bricks, fire bricks are made and for this
purpose they are working hard and establishing modern ceramics manufacturing plants etc.
The company is manufacturing Floor and Wall tiles and have the dealers almost all over the
Pakistan which includes the sales offices and the showrooms in the Karachi and Lahore
where products are displayed to the buyers/customers. Karam ceramics are using latest
machinery for art working and designing of their tiles and providing customers comfortable
and superior quality ceramic tiles with variety of designs, styles, colors, and all products are
high in quality. They believe in the long term strong relationship with their customers and to
the dealers which they consider as their reason of success.

History
One of the largest companies named as Karam ceramics was founded in the Karachi, On
April 8 1979 as a public limited company. But its first name was International standard
ceramics limited later which was changed to present one name, they started their business
on May 24 1979 and the name was changed on November 27 1982. The company now
attached with other companies such as: Ceric cetic of (France), Doulton (England), Modena
(China), SITI-B&T group, Welko and Sacmi (Italy) and doing technical collaborated working
together the company has made a name just because of customers satisfaction, quality
products, comfortable products, long time durability, wide variety of ceramics, providing
value to customers and cost effective tiles.

Auditors Report:
The auditors report given to the members or made on the behalf of company in 2015 is the
Unqualified report / Opinion because the company has provided the auditors all required
information and discloses all of the company in front of them, every statements is made
accordingly to the accounting standards. In 2014 again Unqualified opinion is given by
auditors because proper books of accounts has been kept by company everything is according
to standards applicable in Pakistan. In 2013 and 2012 again auditors gave fair and true
opinion about the company. In 2012 Clean audit report is again made by the auditors
addressing that company works according to standards, they have given us all information to
us related to company.
