MT5000 Guided Wave Radar Transmitter equipped with a P43 flexible rod probe.

How It Works
The MT5000 Guided Wave Radar transmitter pulses microwave energy down the length of its antenna which reflects back
from the surface of the product being measured. Food products are typically water based and provide a good reflection
on a single probe. More often than not, the industry will require that all wetted parts have a smooth, sanitary finish to
prevent bacterial growth. Because the probe is a solid rod, it can be mechanically and electrically polished to meet the
requirements. The flexible nature of the metal used allows easy installation of the probe in areas with limited head space.
