Magnus Hurlen Larsen prepares corrosion experiments. Cells – Cost Reduction

IFE (Kjeller), SINTEF (Trondheim) and NTNU
starting in 2003. The work focuses on the quality
requirements of solar grade silicon, solidifica-
tion process and ingot/wafer microstructure
on the efficiency of solar cells after variations
in solar cell production process parameters
(doping, gettering, passivation, etc.). Establish-
