Conclusion
Nurses management of pain in children is affected
by many factors. From the incidents related it
was apparent that children were sometimes in
pain longer then necessary because of lack of cooperation between physicians and nurses. Barriers
to good co-operation may relate to hierarchical
structures in the organisation or could be to do
with characteristics of the individuals. The question
