IT IS APTLY NAMED INTERLACE AS THE APARTMENT BLOCKS INTERLACE OR CROSS OVER EACH OTHER
DIAGONALLY THROUGH AN EXPANSIVE INTERCONNECTED LATTICE OF APARTMENT SPACES

FUN@WORK
As GPL turned 25 this year, we celebrated Art of Chilling with a Hawaiian theme on November 3 at
Novotel, Ahmedabad. True to the theme, the venue bore a colorful dcor with rich hues and aesthetics.
The entire GGC family enjoyed the gala evening and reminisced memories of when they were 25.
During the event, we also celebrated Ahmedabads MDs Club (Silver) win!

03

IN THE INTERLACE, 31 APARTMENT BLOCKS, EACH STANDING AT 6 STOREYS TALL AND IDENTICAL IN LENGTH,
ARE STACKED IN A HEXAGONAL ARRANGEMENT TO FORM EIGHT LARGE OPEN AND PERMEABLE COURTYARDS.

60 SECONDS WITH
Prachet Kumar Jaisingh

Prachet Kumar Jaisingh is the CIG

Head for GGC, Ahmedabad. He is
happily married to Nitika and has
two lovely daughters Lakshita &
Tanisha.
TELL US TWO INTERESTING UNKNOWN FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF:
I am a nature lover especially ice caped mountains & springs. I like to explore hill stations by myself. This Diwali, I drove 3100 K.M. crossing 9
states in 10 days with family in a single trip. In May15 I visited Ladakh. I would perhaps be the only Indian who crossed 6 states in a single night
to take my Barat for marriage from Haridwar to (Kathua) Jammu I crossed UK, UP, HR, PB, HP & J&K states.
WHAT ARE YOUR BEST TIPS FOR MANAGING STRESS?
Taking a regular break from work is essential to manage stress. After keeping physically away from work / problem while constantly thinking about
solutions in the new environment is the best way to cope stress. In my view, once you are back from a break, your performance graph will see
an upward trend. Thinking out of the box & seeing beyond the wall can only be managed by staying away physically in some new environment.
YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTE IS...
Determination is first lesson of book called Success.
In Sanskrit its a shlok which is my inspiration in life ( Udhymen hi sidhyente karyani manoratha, Nahi suptasya singhachya
praveshente mukhe mriga) Hard work require to accomplish any tough task, sleeping lion cant strive to hunt Deer.)
WHICH PART OF VIBRATIONS DO YOU LIKE THE MOST
Travelling section is my most liked portion & wish to be a member of traveller club of Godrejites too.

Making full use of green

and open spaces the
project provides:
Large roof gardens
Cascading balconies
Expansive shared
courtyards
Other sustainable features

Its something you

know youll remember
in two years time. Its
a game-changer. So
much of architecture
is predictable,
particularly housing.
Another block, another
block, another block.
But this isnt ho-hum
here we go again.

blocks.

Cores typically serve three to four units per floor, which provides efficient circulation without long corridors. Core lobbies are naturally
lit and ventilated, bringing daylight and fresh air into common areas. Circular mega-columns arranged around the vertical circulation
in an optimized hexagonal configuration enable the three-way rotation of the blocks and provide a standard solution for all conditions.
