Set in our vineyard with panoramic views of the back water of Gangapur dam, surrounded by
Sahyadri ranges of mountain, our 2 stylish Villas with 7 rooms each offer a unique opportunity to
stay amongst the vines on a vineyard dedicated to producing fine wines. Very soon from 1 st Of July,
we will be adding the Beyond Vineyard Resort to Soma vine village with more 32 rooms which
consists of Deluxe room, Executive room, Luxury Suit and 3 Bed room Villa ( Please note we are
taking booking of Beyond Vineyard Resort only after 30th of June.)
We welcome you to join us for a vineyard experience. See at first hand the cycle of the vine from
budburst through to maturation and harvest. Wander through the vines, walk to the village, walk
the wine trail or simply relax and enjoy a glass of our classic wine on your own private balcony and
mesmerizing swimming pool.

Lunch and Dinner will be charged extra, Rs.750+ Tax per person per meal. ( 2 salads, One
Raita, Two Non Veg Main course, Two veg Main Course, Daal, Rice, Roti, Two Dessert)

The above rate includes:

Accommodation for two people for one night.

CP Plan includes fixed breakfast.
Winery tour and wine tasting.

A well-appointed air conditioned Conference Hall which could be set up as per your choice and
equipped with pencils, writing pad, bottled water and mouth freshener & two rounds of tea / coffee
with biscuits.
Conference equipment like White Board, flip chart Board, one corded Mike and one cordless mike
with an amplifier and PA system.
Chargeable Extras:
1 All wines and soft beverages will be charged at actual and should be bought from the resort
only.
2 Cocktail snacks shall be charged at Rs. 450/- per person for 2 veg. and 2 non veg. options
served unlimited.
3 Meals will be charged depending on your choice, starts from Rs.650/- to Rs.1100/4 Corkage charges of Rs. 250/- per bottle for hard liquor and Rs. 50 per bottle for beer.
5 Liquor license fee of Rs 20,000/- will be charged extra per day.
6 LCD Projector will be charged extra @ Rs.3000/- per day, OHP @ Rs.700/- per
day, additional mikes @ Rs.700/- per day.
7 Conference Hall will be charged @ Rs. 7000/- per day.
8 Telephone, Laundry, additional food and beverages ordered (over & above the package) will
be charged at actual.
9 Internet connection, Fax, Xerox, Printer / Print outs and all other additional facilities will
be charged at actual.
10 Spa facilities will be chargeable.
11 Charges for Extra Meals, Over and above the package

12 The Resort can arrange entertainment programs as per your requirements at an extra cost.
13 DJ will be charged as Rs. 15,000/- + taxes.
14 Singer/guitarist will be charged as Rs, 17,000/- + taxes.
15 Live Ghazal will be charged as Rs. 35,000/16 Karaoke will be charged as Rs. 8,000/- + taxes.
17 All other services outside the package inclusions will be treated as chargeable extras.
18 Taxes as Applicable on all the above Chargeable Extras.
Note

The above rates are not applicable on Prime Days {Weekends connected to Public Holidays
Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year}. Bookings on Prime Days would be for a minimum of 02
nights.
Check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon.

For the extra person on Triple Occupancy basis Mattress would be provided on the floor.
Belongings and valuables of guests, lost during the event shall not be responsibility of the
Management.
The Lawns are exclusive and are not given for parties and functions or any other gaming
activities.

Kindly be informed, that if you have to deduct TDS. Please note deduction of TDS under section
194C @ 2%.

DJ Music will be allowed till 10 pm only. As per Noise Pollution Regulation & Control Act-2000,
Music will be allowed only up till 10 pm.

Billing

Billing would be done at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or actual
number of guests, whichever is higher.
Items ordered in excess of the Package offer would be charged and will be billed to
company or be settled directly by the delegates, as instructed by the coordinator.

Payment Terms and Conditions

50% amount of the package should be settled in advance.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation.
Rooms cancelled between 0 to 3 days from check in dates will be charged 100%.
Rooms cancelled between 3 to 7 days from check in dates will be charged 50%.
Rooms cancelled before 7 days from check in dates will be charged 20%.
Please Note:
The entire payment needs to be made at the time of reservation and the confirmation mail will
be sent across.
Once the payment is done, please send us the payment proof to trace with our accounts.
