: Well, this is the first time Im making it, dear. I read an article in a womens
magazine about the health benefits of ginger tea. So I decided to try making it today.
It smells good, doesnt it?
Natasha
: Hmm..yes, Mum. It does have a wonderful aroma. What are the benefits of drinking
this tea, Mum?
Mum
: According to the article, ginger has high levels of vitamin C, magnesium and other
minerals. Besides that, drinking some ginger tea before travelling can help prevent
nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. It can also improve digestion
and increase the absorption of food. Ginger tea helps to relieve congestion associated
with the common cold and restore and improve blood circulation. Due to its high
level of antioxidants, ginger tea can help strengthen your immunity while its strong
aroma and healing properties may help in lowering stress.
Natasha
