experience. The following has been prepared to facilitate your move-in and provide you with
certain information which will be useful to you during your tenancy.
MAINTENANCE: Should you require any maintenance service in your rental unit, please
submit to our drop box or via email to info@pine-ridgeapartments.com If the maintenance issue
is of serious nature (loss of heat, water leak etc.) please call us at the number below AND send
the request via email or drop box. We manage many properties and communities and it is very
important for us to keep documentation of all work that occurs in your unit. If you have an
emergency (fire etc.) please call 911 and notify us immediately of the emergency.
UTILITIES: Call DTE Energy and Consumers Energy to have the electricity and gas transferred
to your name. Call Verizon for phone service and Comcast for cable service.
