SINGAPORE, 5 May 2010 – Singapore Exchange Catalist-listed Rokko
Holdings Ltd. (“Rokko”) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary,
Rokko Systems Pte. Ltd. (“Rokko Systems”), has won the 2009 Supplier
Excellence Award from Texas Instruments (“TI”), making it the second time
Rokko Systems has received the prestigious accolade from the Dallas-based
semiconductor giant.

Rokko’s founder and Managing Director, Mr Gary Lim, received the award in
the Philippines on behalf of Rokko Systems, which designs and manufactures
automated equipment for the semiconductor “back-end” assembly processes.

For the past 27 years, TI has honored businesses that deliver superior service
and support through the annual Supplier Excellence Award (SEA) program, a
key vehicle for communicating standards and expectations to suppliers of
materials, equipment and services.

TI’s Vice President, Worldwide Procurement and Logistics Mr. Rob Simpson
said, “TI is very focused on supplier integrity and reliability, and this award is
our highest level of supplier recognition”.

the last three years – demonstrating its commitment to delivering reliable
