A. Fire Protection System & Fire Alarm system:

by hand & connect to 02 set of
battery ) instead of only one as
actual.
To install/provide heat insulation
for Diesel chimney (add more anchor
bolts to chimney flange/Gasket,
SleevesPlease refer to Technical
Catalogues for JU6H-UF(USA BUILD)
Engine series, the exhaust system
shall be positioned in such a way as
to prevent exhaust gases from reentering the pump room).
To extend & insulation the exhaust
chimney higher than the bus way &
cables & tray along the corridor to
avoid the heat of the chimney heating
the bus duct & power cable/ cable
tray.
Sleeves/ penetration thru the walls
need to be sealed by fire stopping
materials.
Steel rod and hanger support
painting & alignment adjustment.
Sprinkler heads/system at the pump
room is not yet installed.
Some zone of fire alarm are fault

ACT found out that during the testing of
Chiller system the contactor for CT-1,2,3
& CHWP is not working properly &
starting current & running for CT is
58/48A while the current maximum

electrical is only 40A (brand-name: LSMEC-CMC-40, the same for CHWP


starting current is 91A while the ABB
contactor model is ABB A50-30,
Please be informed that one contactor for
CHWP has failed during the T&C.
CTC needs to double check & replace all
the contactors to meet the starting
current as required.
ACTs specification is required for MCC
panel shall be complied with Form 3.
Labelling & cleaning for the distribution
boards/panels.
For easy operation by Essilor
maintenance staff, we recommend that
CTC to provide the point schedule of
sequence for operation of the chiller
system based on the actual design MCC
control panel.
CTC has not yet proceeded with balancing
for all of HVAC balancing valves system.
This should be done by CTC/Valves
supplier & recorded the result by ACT
commissioning team.
Functional testing & T&C form recorded
for Chiller, Pumps, CT, AHUs & FCUs
have not yet done by CTC.

1. AHU-1,2,3,4 & 5 are running without air


filter, all the coil get dust & stack in the
coil. CTC needs to clean & install the air
filter as per required.
2. General cleaning for Wall Mounted, DX
coil and Conceal Duct & Outdoor unit
3. T&C and Functioning test for All Indoor
Units & put into automatic operation.
4. Balancing the air flow, fresh air & exhaust
of all Fans, FCU, AHU
