Garments are the mainstay of our national economy today. This is not only the
nations most pertinent source of foreign exchange earning but also the largest
single employers of cheap manpower. Having this unique advantage export oriented
garments factories are growing up day by day. Bangladesh is earning major share of
its foreign exchange from this source. Moreover, international market has enough
potentiality for Bangladeshi ready-made garments as long as labor remains a
determining factor.
Side by side auxiliary and linkage industries have shown tremendous prospects in
the recent years. Now days Garments Wash has become very much familiar in the
garments industries. So far 80% of the export able garments are being washed here
and the demand for wash in rapidly increasing. Hence the scope for new washing
plant has widened in recent days and shall continue to do so.
Moreover, there is increasing global awareness about a healthy and hygiene society.
So in Bangladesh where garments export is a constant phenomenon in our export
trade the importance of garments wash is obvious and needs no exaggeration.

INTRODUCTION
UNIQUE WASHING LIMITED established ., washing
plant with state of the art finishing facilities and highly
skilled washing experts from renowned worldwide washing
facilities, This ensures consistently quality which can provide
customers satisfaction according to customers requirements.
We used specialized machines to achieve various dry processes
effects and specialized detailed design. In strict environmental
compliance our facilities is equipped with well planned state of
the art Integrated Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
to ensure not to harm ecological environmen t.

REMARKS

HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE COMPANY

Our People: Our people will reach strength of around 50 people by April 2016.
These include both male and female workers. The workers are highly dedicated.
Regular motivation is carried out for this purpose.
Training: We organize in house training for the workers. On occasion we sent them
also for external training.
Working Condition: The working condition is extremely good. The production floor
is sufficiently specious. A cool temperature is always maintained so that the workers
can deliver maximum output.

Unique Washing believes in motivation culture for better productivity. As such us we

provide optimum remuneration package & incentives to its employees. The fringe
benefits include entertainment allowance, sick leave, casual leave, medical aides
etc. Safety to all is our slogan & we believe in hazard free work environment.
In abolition to above sufficient Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Light, Fire Alarm, First
Aid Box has been provided as & where required.
We give first priority to the personnel safety to all of our employees. So it is
mandatory to put Hand gloves safety boots during working time. There is a shower
in the floor to meet any emergency.
Unique Washing Industries has started its journey long before. Basically this is a
sister concern of Frank Group a well Known enterprise in Garments & Shipping
arena. Frank Group comprising a number of units likes Frank Garments (Pvt) Ltd,
Frank Apparels Ltd, Anowara Dress Makers Limited etc. A part from Garments this

group has the biggest screen print factory in Chittagong named M/S Moontex (P
&W) Ltd,

patronization of its valued customers all over Chittagong here & abroad.
