WORTHY
is the LAMB
By Charlyne Steinkamp
After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the
tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb,
rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The
guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, Do not
be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he
said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: He has risen from the dead
and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him. Now I have told you. Matthew 28:1-7
Hallelujah! Worthy is the Lamb that was slain at Calvary. Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price of shedding His
blood on the cross for all of us to receive forgiveness of our sins. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of
God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23. Jesus Christ arose! He is the King of Kings and
the Lord of Lords. May we never forget whom we worship and commune with every day! God defeated death
and Satan.
The enemy, Satan, wants each of us to live defeated lives due to all of our circumstances, but may these last
days before Easter bring you to a new, closer relationship with your Lord. Jesus was born to become our
Redeemer, to bring salvation to earth. God wants us to renew our minds to the power of His resurrection.
Jesus arose and is the Son of God. The Lord is now our Intercessor sitting at right hand of God interceding
for us.
My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have one who speaks
to the Father in our defense Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not
only for ours, but also for the sins of the whole world. 1 John 2:1-2
What a promise for us all! Never doubt Gods resurrection power to resurrect your dead marriage! My prayer
is that you will seek the Lord more now with a new deepen desire, a renewed commitment with perseverance
and tenacity for the redemption of your husband or wife and loved ones. Jesus Christ is alive! God defeated
the enemy! Never stop praying to the Lord who is interceding for you. Walk in victory every day of who you
are in Christ! You are redeemed!

Redeemed, and so happy in Jesus,

No language my rapture can tell;
I know that the light of his presence
With me doth continually dwell.
I think of my blessed Redeemer,
I think of him all the day long;
I sing, for I cannot be silent;
His love is the theme of my song.
Chorus
Redeemed, redeemed,
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it!
His child and forever I am.

Power of Prayer

By Charlyne Steinkamp
After the Lord's Supper, Jesus went to the Garden of Gethsemane and took three disciples to pray with Him. Jesus
knew what He would face. In His final hours, He wanted to pray to the Father, "Not my will, but thy will be done."
When Jesus returned to the disciples, He asked, "Could you not keep watch with me for one hour? Watch and
pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak." Matthew 26:40-41
I do not know if I can emphasize the importance of our prayer life. Jesus, even at the very end of His life, went to
talk to God. We also need to talk with our Heavenly Father daily and claim the powerful promises of God's Word
for our family. We need to follow Jesus' example. Throughout His ministry He prayed seeking God's will and
direction.
I would challenge you to do an extensive study on prayer. When Bob left home, I was a Christian, but I did not
pray as fervently as I should have or have the knowledge of prayer. I loved reading books on the subject of prayer.
Every author expressed the same thought - there is power in prayer. If my people, who are called by my name,
will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from
heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Looking For The Living Among The Dead

By Bob Steinkamp

On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the
tomb Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; He has risen! Remember how he told you, while
he was still with you in Galilee? The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the
third day be raised again. Then they remembered His words. Luke 24:1, 5-8
On that first Easter morning, two women named Mary had gone
to the tomb of Jesus and found it empty. Although they found the
empty grave clothes that had encircled the body of Jesus intact, the
resurrection was confirmed to them by two angels who asked, Why
do you look for the living among the dead?
That same question might be asked this Easter season of some men
and women who are praying and standing with God for the restoration
of their marriage. They have been touched by God and have heard
from Heaven the promise that God has given them for the restoration
of their family.
When anything has been touched by God, it is alive. If your troubled marriage is alive, why would you continue to seek
it among the dead? Advice is often sought from friends who have no relationship with the Lord. Christian counselors tell
you what you should do. Even though the Lord directs you to His ways of life, through His Word, many standing spouses
continue to be bitter, to be angry, and to retaliate against prodigal spouses. They demonstrate not the unconditional love that
the Lord shows toward each of us, but a dead and selfish love.

We pray that this Easter might be the time of resurrection for your marriage to the newness that can be found only in Jesus
Christ. May you find people and places of life to encourage you during your stand and until that perfect time when the Lord
heals your home. Then they remembered His words. Luke 24:8

We thank the Lord every day how He is so faithful

to our ministry. Every gift means so much to us,
as the Lord knows our every need and then He
multiplies it to pay all our bills. We are thankful
for friends who pray daily for this ministry. Every
day we hear how people are being blessed by
what the Lord has us doing and we praise God
that He is expanding and blessing our efforts. We give God all the praise and glory that hearts
and lives are being touched and transformed through this ministry. You make that possible! Thank
you so very much for helping others every day by blessing our ministry with your gifts. We are
asking those who are being blessed, if they feel led, to help us with an Easter offering. - Charlyne
