4. EatOrganic!Despiteclaimsthatfoodsgrownwithpesticidesarejust

6. EatMoreEFAs!EssentialFattyAcids(Omega3andOmega6)arean
essentialbuildingblockforgoodhealth.EFAsareapolyunsaturatedfat
thathelpwithbraincellfunction,nervoussystemactivity,intracellular

8. AvoidFastFood.Manyfastfoodcompanieshavegreatmarketingthatmakesyouthinkyoure
gettingfreshandhealthyfood.Iguessthequestionis,Whatdoyouconsiderhealthy?If
yourenotsurebynow,rereadnumbers16above.Evenseeminglyhealthydishes,likesalad,often
containpreservatives,dyes,pesticides,GMO(geneticallymodifiedorganisms),andevenhormones.
Thereisalsoahugeenvironmentalimpactcreatedbythefeedlotsandmassfarmingthatsupply
mostfastfoodrestaurants.Ifyoureinapinch,wholefoodbarsanddrinksarejustasnutritious
(probablymoreso)andverysatisfying,withouttheharmfuladditives.Kidsbeggingyoutogoto
