Armors Locations Guide

The Crown of the Sunken King DLC includes several new armor pieces.

Sanctum Knight Set

o This set is dropped by common Sanctum Knights located in
the Dragons Sanctum. Destroy the glowing statues to make
the invisible knights appear. Equip the Covetous Gold Serpent
Ring, the Wandering Merchant Hat, or use Rusted Coins to
improve your luck.
o Try resting at the lower bonfire and removing the spikes (shoot
the ceiling switch) to make fighting easier. Make sure to
destroy the glowing-red statues before trying to fight the
Knights.

Sanctum Soldier Gauntlet

o Common drop from Sanctum Soldiers located in Shulva
Sanctum City. Youll be fighting these guys a lot, so its likely
theyll eventually spawn a gauntlet. Try cracking out the
Rusted Coins and start from the Sanctum Walk bonfire for
quick farming access.

Drakeblood Set
o This set is located in the Dragons Sanctum. Acquire the
Dragon Stone in the iron chest located inside the bed of
spikes area, then work downstairs to the shallow water
caverns guarded by massive two-legged monsters.
o Go left of the entrance into this area and look on the beach
for stairs. Go up and insert the Dragon Stone to complete the
bridge above. Take the lift up to the completed bridge and
enter the upper levels of the Dragons Sanctum.
o Just as you enter the interior from the tall stairwell attached to
the bridge, turn left and drop through the hole. Drop down
again to the floor of this stairwell, then exit to the balcony
overlooking a pathway. Drop down onto the walk, then drop
down onto a platform below that.
o Turn left, step onto the platform beneath the broken bridge
and take a left, then a right. Skip past the Knight and continue
downstairs to find a treasure room full of opened chests.

Against the wall, search the corpse to finally find this

complete set.

Sanctum Priestess Tiara

o This special tiara is dropped by the casting Sanctum
Priestesses located in the Dragons Sanctum dungeon. Its a
very rare item, so go in equipped to improve your chances
wear the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring, Wandering Merchant
Hat, or try using Rusted Coins to boost your luck.
o To get plenty of tries, go down to the spiked floor chambers in
the lower section of the Sanctum and rest at the hidden
bonfire. Open the door by shooting the button at the dark
stairwell next to the bottomless pit. From here, you should
have access to several Priestesses.

Flower Skirt
o After acquiring the Eternal Sanctum Key from the lower
levels of the Dragon Sanctum area, return to the regular
Sanctum entrance from Shulva Sanctum City and use the
key on the nearby locked door. Follow the path to the optional
Cave of the Dead area past the hidden Shulva bonfire near the
lift mechanism.
o The Cave of the Dead is absolutely packed with deadly
poisonous enemies and spitting statues. At the end, youll
have to deal with a boss fight consisting of three Phantoms.
When theyre dead, leave their arena to find an iron chest
straight ahead that contains the Flower Skirt.

Crown of the Sunken King

o The eponymous crown is located in Dragons Rest after
defeating Sinh, The Slumbering Dragon. It will appear once
the player interacts with the bright light.

Rings Locations Guide

The Crown of the Sunken King DLC includes three new rings. See where
to find them all in the locations guide below.

Flynns Ring
o Go downstairs in the Dragons Sanctum, into the narrow
pathway, and toward the missing hole in the steps. Falling into

the hole, turn around and kill the egg-sac spider, dropping into
the lower room filled with more eggs.
o Inside the egg room, take the stairs up and climb the ladder at
the top. Theres an iron chest above containing this special
ring.

Lightning Clutch Ring

o Entering the Dragons Sanctum, go through the locked door
with the Eternal Sanctum Key. Inside the treasure vault, open
the second-to-last iron chest. The clutch ring is located inside.
o The ring adds +30 Lightning damage to weapons but cuts
down on your physical defense.
Yorghs Ring
o Past Sinhs boss arena, youll enter a large flat area with a
portal leading to the Sunken Crown. Check out the corpses to
the right, in the shallow water to get this ring.
o Yorghs Ring reflects spells, but the Undead Champion will
have to experiment with the details themselves.

Puzzling Stone Sword

o Enter the Dragons Sanctum and go down the steps to the
dirt-covered floor room with the circular door. Once the door is
open youll be able to enter a narrow series of corridors.
Continue down and jump over the missing section of steps to
reach a locked room with two long slots flanking the door.
Shoot arrows at the switches through the square holes.
o Theres one to the left of the door, and one high at the end of
the hallway. From there, you can fight the Knights and dash
down the stairs with the spike trap to find three chests. The
Puzzling Stone Sword is located in the iron chest.

Drakeblood Greatsword
o Fight down to the lower levels of the Dragon Sanctum to reach
the large water-filled cavern patrolled by the massivemouthed two-legged lizard monsters. Work around to the left
of the entrance into the area to reach a sandy beach.

o Skip past the stairs and enter the open doorway ahead. Go
through the next door and follow the cave path to a dead end
with a corpse carrying the sword.

Wrathful Axe
o This special Axe is forged by trading the Soul of Elana, Squalid
Queen to Ornifex in Brightstone Cove Tseldora. She is located
near the Lower Brightstone Cove bonfire after freeing her from
the locked room in the Shaded Woods.

Sanctum Mace
o The mace is a random drop from Sanctum Soldiers in Shulva
Sanctum City. Three of them can be easily killed / respawned
near the Sanctum Walk bonfire. Hit the switch to raise the
platform where the soldiers are standing down the hill to
weaken them. Finish them off, then rest at the bonfire. Repeat
to eventually get their mace.

Sanctum Repeating Crossbow

o This unique crossbow can fire three bolts at once, or a full
barrage. Only dropped by invisible Sanctum Knights in the
Dragon Sanctum dungeon. Smash the glowing statues to
make these enemies appear, then defeat them. Randomly
they will drop the Repeating Crossbow or the regular
crossbow.

Sanctum Crossbow
o Like the Repeating Crossbow, this regular Crossbow is only
dropped by the invisible Sanctum Knights in the Dragon
Sanctum. Destroy the red statues to make the enemies
appear, then kill for for a chance to spawn a Sanctum
Crossbow or a Sanctum Repeating Crossbow.

Spells Locations Guide

There are four new spells located in the Crown of the Sunken King DLC.

Hexe

Dark Greatsword
o Effect: Projectile similar to the Soul Greatsword. Launches a
sword-like darkness projectile attack.
o Location: Reach the Priestess Chamber Bonfire (3rd Bonfine)
in Shulva Sanctum City to spot the chest while riding an
elevator. Step off the elevator to reach the container in a small
room.

Promised Walk of Peace

o Effect: Area-of-effect debuff; slows the caster and nearby
opponents to a crawl.
o Location: At the second Bonfire in Shulva Sanctum City,
move up the twisting rocky hill toward a set of stairs near the
cliffs edge. Theres a lower platform you can drop down onto.
Look above beyond the gap to spot a switch behind some
vases in a rock alcove. Shoot it and the platform will rise up,
leading into the chamber with a dead body on the left wall.

Miracle

Denial
o Effect: Self-Buff keeps the player alive with a small fraction
of health when killed.
o Location: Right at the start of the Dragons Sanctum, look for
a round door across the spikes at the start. There are switches
out of range that the player must shoot to reach the spell.
Shoot through the openings in the door to create a doorway
then run across the spikes and go inside to collect the spell.

Sorcery

Focus Souls
o Effect: Similar to Soul Bolt; launches four souls that track
targets at close-range.
o Location: Inside Shulva Sanctum City and past the second
bonfire youll reach a bridge where a dragon kills two Sanctum
Knights with fireballs in a scripted event. Go down a path to

the right before stepping onto the bridge and smash the vases
to find a corpse carrying this spell.
