In June 2014 I successfully got the position of Management Trainee MARC within TIPL-CATs
Maintenance department at SEB West Bokaro MARC Project.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planning of CATERPILLAR heavy earth-movers.

Planning/Scheduling of Maintenance work for a fleet of 58 Machines (Dumpers/ Track Dozers/
Wheel Dozers /Water Sprinkler) at SEB West Bokaro MARC Project.
Working using SAP & AMT System, made short term and long term maintenance schedule using
AMT (Worlds leading CMMS/EAM software).
Preparing and Updating Daily and Weekly Plan Forecast for Preventive Maintenance Service.
Preparing and Updating Work Order for Opening job in EAM system.
Monitoring Hours Meter Service Accuracy and updating Daily Equipment Status (DES Report).
Preparing, Monitoring and Reporting Critical Work Order.
Prepare check sheets and Monitoring Backlogs for all Equipments.
Reporting Weekly and Monthly Hours Meter to the Manager/Supervisor.
Preparing and Updating Components Change out history
Preparing Oil Sampling which is sent to lab for testing purpose.
Follow up, Reporting SOS oil Result from Lab and analysis of data received
