May cause moderate irritation and/or redness.

Prolonged or repeated contact may cause allergic reactions in sensitive
individuals.
Low oral toxicity. Contains ethylene glycol, which if ingested in large
quantities may cause kidney and liver damage.
Mists or sprays may cause respiratory irritation.

None of the components in this product at concentrations >0.1% are
listed by IARC, NTP, OSHA or ACGIH as a carcinogen.
Ethylene glycol is considered a developmental hazard based on animal
evidence. In rats and mice, embryotoxic (late resorptions), fetotoxic
(reduced fetal body weight) and teratogenic (external, soft tissue and
skeletal defects) effects were observed at relatively high oral doses that
caused no or minimal maternal toxicity. It is unlikely that humans
could be exposed to high enough doses to cause developmental effects.
No relevant human information was located.
No data for product. No effects anticipated.
No data for product. Not expected to be mutagenic.
No information available.

SECTION IV: FIRST AID MEASURES

SKIN CONTACT:

EYE CONTACT:

INGESTION:
INHALATION:

Remove contaminated clothing. Wash exposed area thoroughly with

soap and water. If irritation persists or develops, obtain medical
attention.
Immediately flush eyes with gently flowing warm water for 15
minutes, or until irritation ceases. Obtain medical attention when
flushing is complete.
Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs keep head below hips to
prevent aspiration of vomitus. Obtain immediate medical attention.
Move to fresh air. Apply oxygen or artificial respiration if required. If
breathing difficulties or distress continues obtain medical attention.

SECTION VIII: PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
In absence of proper ventilation use approved
respirator with organic vapour/mist cartridges as
required.
VENTILATION:
Use local exhaust ventilation, process enclosure or
other engineering controls to maintain level of
airborne vapour or mist below TLV.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES:
Wear impervious gloves.
EYE PROTECTION:
Wear tightly fitting chemical goggles.
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Suggest rubber apron. Ensure eye wash station and
(Specify):
safety shower are available.
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING AND STORING
In accordance with good industrial practice, handle with care and avoid unnecessary personal
contact. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged or repeated skin contact. Remove contaminated
clothing; launder or dry-clean before reuse. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after using.
Avoid breathing vapours, mists or sprays. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not taste or
swallow. Store in the original container, securely closed, in a cool and dry location. Empty
containers contain residual hazardous material and should be handled and stored as if full.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE THE MATERIAL IS SPILLED OR RELEASED

Use appropriate safety equipment. Stop leak if possible to do so without risk. Small spills: Soak
up with absorbent; collect absorbent in approved container for disposal; wash spill area with
water. Large spills: Dike to prevent material from entering sewers or public waterways; collect
uncontaminated material for repackaging; collect contaminated material for disposal; treat
remaining material as a small spill. Report spill to appropriate agencies as required.
WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD
Dispose in accordance with federal, provincial and local regulations. It is the responsibility of the
end-user to determine if material meets the criteria of hazardous waste at the time of disposal.
Empty containers, that have not been cleaned and purged, must be disposed or, or recycled, in
accordance with local regulations.
