Creative Construction is a wholly Zimbabwean owned company formed in May 2012 and was
incorporated under the companies act (charpter190) on 29 May 2012.
Before it was trading as MT&C Distributors (Pvt) Ltd.
Creative Construction boasts a highly qualified technical staff complement with several years of
experience and technical expertise capable of handling any project of any magnitude.
Since it was incorporated Creative Construction has undertaken various projects raging from
small to large scale as indicated on the projects list.
Creative Construction is open to enter into joint ventures with other local or international
companies where the degree of environmental awareness, safely technical expertise and cost
effective are beyond our scope .

MANAGEMENT PROFILE MANAGING DIRECTOR

TONGAI MATIZA : Is the Managing Director responsible for the overall management ,
strategic planning and achievement of goals . Previously Mr. Matiza worked for Bestobell
Zimbabwe Ltd for 10 years as Contracts Manager for various government and private sector
projects around the country .He later moved on to join other construction companies namely ,
Costain Africa (Pvt) Ltd 5 years and Marry and Roberts (Pvt) Ltd 2 years as Projects Manager .
In the process Mr. Matiza gained a lot of experience in interpretation and implementation for
various projects into practice
As a Seasoned Manager M r Matiza then become the founding Director of Creative Construction
in 1997 and executed various projects and management to lead the company to successfully
complete all projects
FINANCE MANAGER MUSA MOYO
Musa Moyo joined the company as Finance & Administration Manager in April 2012 , after years
of working experience in both Finance and Administration Department . He started working for
Bestobell Zimbabwe Limited Engineering ,Manufacturing and Distribution Company as
Management Accountant . He moved to EdisanGroup of Companies a company involved in
manufacturing of school furniture ,engineering and plastics making as Group Accountant .
He then moved to South Medical Chitungwiza Hospital , a150 bedded private Hospital in year
2000 when it opened its doors to the public as their first Finance and Administration Manager.
Mr. Moyo is a Holder of a H. N. D In Accounting and did Part of ICSAZ as a holder of various
Accounting and Administration Diplomas
PERSONAL ASSISTANT- PORTIA LINDA
Is the companys Personal Assistant in 2002 . Her main faction is to coordinate office work and
doing some secretarial and bookkeeping duties . She holds a National Diploma in Secretarial
Studies from Harare Polytechnic College . Prior to joining Creative Construction she worked as a
Secretary / Receptionist for Puzey and Payne Masvingo and Zimbabwe Electoral Commission in
Harare .
QUANTITY SURVEYOR-TAPIWA BISHI
Is the companys Quantity Surveyor who joined the company recently and his construction
projects know how and expertise dates back to 2011. He primarily attained his professional
qualifications at N.U.S.T where he was awarded his Bsc in Quantity Surveying .Currently Tapiwa

Bishi is studying Msc in Construction Project Management with National Unirversity of Science
and Technology. The character has so far been successful in 90% of all his bids .
CONTRACTS MANAGER ALBERT MAKONESE
Is the Companys C contracts Manager and responsible for all day to day running of the projects .
He started his building career with Grinaker Construction (Pvt) Ltd now known as Grinaker LTA
in 1986 as an assistant Quantity Surveyor . Mr. Makonese also holds a Diploma in Quantity
Surveying and another Advanced Diploma in Building Technician City and Guilds (London) .
Besides Diplomas in Quantity surveying Mr. Makonese also has a certificate in land surveying
which he attained from Gulliver Training Centre ,specializing in curve range and setting out . He
also took part in the Chitungwiza to Harare , Highway , among notable Projects handled by Mr.
Makonese as an Assistant is :

Mr. Makonese resigned from Grinaker Construction in 1994 to join FMI Contracting as a Senior
Quantity surveyor and estimator, whilst he successfully tendered the following projects:

Besides Tendering Makonese also managed contracts such as the Bulawayo Forestry Commission
, BOKA and NOCZIM Msasa Terminal . The Management at TMI Contracting appointed him the
Acting Head of the Department of Quantity Surveying and drafted him into the Management
Committee .Mr. Makonese resigned from FMI Contracting in 1996 and had a short stint with
Mutual Construction before helping to form a new Construction Company , LINK
CONTRACTORS headed by former General Manager of Air Zimbabwe , Mr. Fungayi Musara ,
in 1998 as a Commercial Manager .

Our quality assurance systems entails checking and verifying type and quality of materials to be
delivered, quality of workmanship, strength testing e.g. cube tests to determine whether these
items conform to the stipulated standards as defined by the contract. To ensure that quality
management is properly observed, our company has Two Quality Management officers who are
an Engineer and an Architect by profession who constantly over see and see to it that the product
