geospatial application) are all based on Composite Services,

All Services are built on top of OSB, BPEL and Mediator. Oracle
BPEL PM is being used in those services where Async calls are
needed, and also to leverage the Exception Management
Framework. Basically OSB is being used as a Proxy/Dispatcher
where multiple operations are deployed, and depending on the
content of the message a Business Service is being executed
All of the UI Development is within Oracle ADF 11g. Whatever
service needs to be deployed is developed inside OSB and
BPEL PM. All business processes are inside Oracle BPM 11g.
ADF BC are being used, as well as integration with Oracle UCM
for the control and storage of any Business Document.
