1. Induzir atitudes e comportamentos propcios ao desenvolvimento de uma cultura tecnolgica e empreendedora.
2. Fomentar a criatividade e inovao empresarial. Desenvolver projectos inovadores.

Metodologias de Ensino
Aprendizagem activa: aulas baseadas em trabalhos prticos realizados pelos estudantes em grupo, com a dinamizao do
professor e avaliao inter e intrapares.
Realizao de trabalhos aplicando as competncias desenvolvidas.

Demonstrao da coerncia das metodologias de ensino com os objectivos de aprendizagem da UC


As metodologias de ensino visam facultar aos alunos um quadro terico de reflexo estratgica atravs da exposio de conceitos,
tcnicas e modelos de gesto.Com a realizao de estudo de casos pretende-se a aplicao prtica da componente terica
aplicada realidade das organizaes.
