Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences / Engineering in any discipline.
25 years of experience of Contract Management, Procurement,
Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Demonstrated management experience of Aviation Industry (ISO
certified)
Must have sizeable experience in Aviation related contract
management
Experience for administration of contractual dispute resolution such as
mediation, adjudication and arbitration etc.
Experience of Conflict Resolution / Management
Experience and ability to manage, monitor and evaluate a large
number of contracts simultaneously through Project Management
tools.
Awareness and practical knowledge of project management and
application of Project Management tools
Complete understanding and practical experience of Quality
Assurance and Quality Control concepts and techniques.
Extensive knowledge of computer operations.
Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations)
Additional Director Aero Medical (EG-07) (01 position on Merit)
Contract: 02 years (Extendable)
Salary: Rs.227,220/- per month

Must be Registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC)
Diploma in Aviation Medicine
Knowledge of Civil Aviation Rules, International and National
Regulations, ICAO Regulations related to Aviation Medicine.
Minimum 10 years experience as Flight Surgeon
Awareness of matters related to communicable diseases with regard
to international practices.
Understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices in the
field of Aviation Medicine.
Experience of conducting inspections and monitoring & evaluation
mechanisms in the field of Aviation Medicine.

Graduate.
Hold or have held Cabin Competency Certificate with LCC
endorsement.
Minimum 10 years of training & administrative experience in aviation
industry

Holders of additional CAA Licenses will be preferred.

i)

Age Relaxation will be allowed to the candidates of S. No. 5 & 6 as per Federal Government Rules (details

available at www.caapakistan.com.pk).
ii)

Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete application shall not be considered.

iii)

Applicants holding equivalent qualifications must produce Equivalence Certificate issued from HEC in respect
of the particular qualification.

iv)

Test / Interview will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for which separate notices
will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).

v)

No TA / DA is admissible for test / interview.

vi)

Appointment will be subject to CAAs medical fitness standards.

vii)

Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

viii)

Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations will be required to submit NOC from
current employer before interview.

ix)

Successful candidates will be required to submit the copies of the educational documents duly verified from the
concerned Board / HEC at the time of joining.

x)

Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification
for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.

xi)

In case, any educational documents found fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be
terminated immediately and he / she will be blacklisted in future.
