Subject: - Request for information under the Right to Information Act, 2005
Sir,
Please provide me information as per the list given below from your records and also
by obtaining from the all the affiliated MCA and MBA colleges of Osmania University
under section 2 [ f ] of RTI Act 2005, which is reproduced here under for your kind
reference:
(f)information" means any material in any form, including records, documents,
memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks,
contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any electronic
form and information relating to any private body which can be accessed by
a public authority under any other law for the time being in force;
Kindly provide the following information:
1) Under Section 2(f), (j), with (i) of the RTI Act, 2005, I wish to inspect the
functional computer labs of all MCA and MBA affiliated colleges of Osmania
University, AP.

Please let me know the separate dates and times for inspection of each and
individual affiliated colleges. Please also state the venue for inspection
where I can come along with my colleagues, domain experts and Attorneys
& Advocates

I would like to inspect the following documents related to this work at the
time of inspection. These records should be made available to me for
inspection when I come for inspection of the above work:
a. licensed software (s) CDs
b. bills / Invoices of licensed software (s)
c. payment receipts of licensed software (s)
d. licensed software Agreements provided by the company.
e. Inspect bills, payment receipts, bank statements for purchase of computers
and licensed software, submitted by the above said (MCA and MBA) colleges
to either extend or gain new affiliation from the University.
f. Inspect book of rules & regulations and terms & conditions to extend or get
affiliation.

2. At the time of inspection, I might ask for photocopies of certain documents shown.
You may provide me the same upon request against prescribed fee, or you may send
them to me separately later.

I state that I am not seeking personal information which would compromise the
privacy of any individual.
To the best of my knowledge the information sought does not fall within the
restrictions contained in Section 8 and 9 of the Act and to the best of my knowledge
it pertains to your office.
It is requested that this information along with documents may please be forwarded
to the undersigned in ENGLISH language, duly attested/certified by appropriate
authorities so as to make them legally admissible in a Court of Law.

If you feel that the above requested information does not pertain to
your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6 (3)
of the RTI Act, 2005. Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005,
Please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority
w.r.t. to your department with the reply to the above request, where I may, if
required, file my first appeal.
Please intimate us the costs incurred to provide us the above mentioned detailed
information, so that we can readily pay the costs and obtain the information as per
the RTI Act 2005.
As per G.O. Ms. No. 740 Dated: 01-10-2007 Issued by General Administration
(Coordination, GPM & AR) Government of Andhra Pradesh The application fee
Rs.10/- in form of Court Fee Stamp is affixed on this application.
