1b. Should SAP Business One be installed

on the PC already it can be found on the
desktop if not thenGo to Start All
Programs SAP Business One.
And start the applicaMon

2a. AMerwards, a dialogbox with the installaCon of SAP B1 will appear. Here just
click Next.

(You may see a dialogbox that asks you to press Install or OK. This is an extra program
that is needed for SAP B1 to work)

2b. In the box above just fill out the

missing information with your own name
and BSS as company name. Then click
Next

2c. In the following dialogboxes

just click Next. After a while the
last box will show up just click
Finish

2d. Afterwards the

program will be located
on the desktop as
shown to the rigth.
2e. BEFORE you run
the program see the
next slide

2f. Download Sap Batch zip-filen

from the same place as the first
Zip file.
2g. Unpack the Zip file first. Then
run the add_host_sapb1 file as
adiminstrator. This is done by right
clicking on the icon and choose
Run as Administrator This is
done to make SAPB1 run
wireless.
2h. To check if there is an open
wireless connection to SAPB1,
then run the open_host file in the
same way as above.
If the following textbox shows up,
then it is ok.
If not Step 2.g again

3. The first time you run SAP

B1 you need to run it as
administrator. This is again
done by right clicking on the
SAP B1 icon and choosing
Run as administrator
If 2e. 2h. are not done
correctly, then the PC has to
be connected with a netwrok
cable to make SAPB1 work!

Click Change Company

4. If the window below appears, simply enter "sapb1" as the

server.

If this does no work write: 10.200.4.38

5a. On rst login:

Enter the User
Code that has been
given to you and
leave password as it
is.

5b: On later login:
Enter the User
Code that has been
given to you and
the password you
created earlier.
6. Highlight the correct company name and click
OK.
If you have troubles nding your company name, try
clicking Refresh on the right side of the screen.

7. On your rst login the following windows will appear:

Leave Old Password empty and enter a password of your choice in

New Password and Conrm. Then click Update

8. If Windows Firewall appears, click ok.

9. And you are in! (If a help menu appears, you can easily close this).
