    Original release included an inner sleeve, which was very soon replaced with a lyric insert that seemed to change
    colour, from dark green to tan to near-black, with every pressing. Copies with the original brown inner sleeve are
    extremely hard to find, to the extent that most collectors do not even know of the inner sleeve’s existence. Original
    copies (“A-1U” and “B-2U” matrix suffixes) have B&C credits on the rear of the sleeve above the printing credits,
    though this credit was removed on later pressings.
