MONTGOMERY COUNTY HOTLINE
Volunteers serve as call counselors with HOPES-our 24-hour, 7 day-a-week
confidential service. HOPES consists of 4 hotlines and is staffed primarily by
volunteers who provide supportive and confidential listening; crisis precention
and intervention; and give information, referrals and resources.

LINKAGES TO LEARNING
Volunteers with the Linkages to Learning program support homework clubs,
ESOL classes and other afterschool activities. We are looking for Homework
Helpers, Childcare Providers or those who can provide general program support!

MONTGOMERY COUNTY THRIFT SHOP


Volunteers at the Montgomery County Thrift Shop assist customers; write up
sales tickets; ring up sales; and sort and price donated items. Volunteers
support the operations of the Thrift Shop, whose proceeds benefit MHA, plus
four additional local nonprofits.
