13 company-run warehouses and 4 public warehouses. Designed quality and service strategies. Hired, trained,

Area Manager at Dayton/Hudsons Department Store & Mervyns distribution center operations.

Supervised a team of 100+ FTEs in the marking department who were responsible for processing flat
goods and garments on hangers.

Managed the fully automated picking area which serviced over 97 Mervyns stores.

Responsible for total management of the shipping department which included being the liaison
between the stores and the distribution center, loading, dispatching and delivery.

Helped implement a new paperless bar-code enabled system within the distribution center.

Improved In-Transit service standards from 93% to 98.9% during my first full year leading this team.
