Sr. Developer/ Programmer Analyst: Application support, maintenance and enhancements of INFOR
(formerly Xtreme, formerly Geac, formerly Dunn & Bradstreet, formerly McCormack & Dodge) a CICS VSAM
HR Payroll for application support, maintenance and enhancements and customizations. This system pays
over 245,000 employees and generates over 340,000 W2S, the Federal W2 files (includes all of US, Puerto
Rico and Virgin Islands), all the State W2 files and in-house local W2 files being balanced by mid-January.

Keeping the current Payroll system running smoothly with updates to the system: including W2s and
quarterly tax files to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Updates using WIKI, JIRA and CMAT to upload documentation and progress.
Responding to various departments (Mainly Tax and Payroll, Payroll Accounting, Finance, Personnel,
Records, Employee Relations, Human Resources, etc. which interface to/from the Payroll System,
including File Transfer Processes to an outside vendor or in-house.
Worked to convert the Walgreens in-house W2 system to the Vendors Payroll System with the W2 Reprint
Jobs; and responsible for adding W2 process for the Virgin Island. Local W2 process was developed inhouse.
Responsible for adding and converting the PA employees to the new PA locals within Walgreens payroll
system and worked on W4 process.
Responsible for adding the corporate part of the mainframe side to Rate and Status and subsequent
updates. Previously, Rate and Status was a system of stores only.

Implementing the McCormack and Dodge (Dunn and Bradstreet) General Ledger System for 2
manufacturing plants and the Research Center.
Expanded the stores inventory system for the Shreveport manufacturing plant, added new reports,
streamlined warehouse requisition input, and implemented EDI.
Developed and implemented DYLAKORS DYLIQ-EXPRESS on-line and batch inquiries for extracting IMS
on-line data for reporting purposes; and new Focus programs and JCL Processes to the Order Processing
System linking Product/Process, Product Tables, and Order Processing database systems for marketing
reports and invoicing data collection systems.
