1. INTRODUCCIN AL SISTEMA IP GUINAZ. Caractersticas generales.

INTRODUCTION TO THE GUINAZ IP SYSTEM. General Features.

Los equipos de placa de calle GUINAZ IP permiten al usuario

establecer una comunicacin de audio y video a travs de
una red IP. Incluyen un configurador para la gestin del
acceso a travs de una puerta, y la conexin de hardware
externo para el control de la iluminacin, para la
monitorizacin del estado de dicha puerta.

The GUINAZ Entrance panel allows the user to communicate

audio and video over an IP network. It includes a controller for
managing access through a door, and connecting external
hardware to the lighting control for monitoring the state of the
door.

Sincronizacin de audio y video.

El uso del protocolo SIP garantiza la sincronizacin entre los
flujos de audio y vdeo, que son enviados bajo la misma
sesin (SDP).

Audio and video synchronization.

The use of the SIP protocol ensures synchronization between
audio and video streams, which are sent on the same session
(SDP).

Comunicacin bidireccional.
Audio bidireccional dotado de cancelacin de eco.

Bidirectional communication.
Bidirectional audio echo cancellation provided.

PoE.
Alimentacin a travs del conector Ethernet. Es posible
alimentar el dispositivo utilizando el cableado de red. Para
ello necesitar un router o switch PoE o un inyector.

PoE.
Power over Ethernet connector. You can power the device
using the network cabling. You will need a router or switch PoE
or a injector.

Configuracin web.
Servidor web integrado para la configuracin sencilla e
intuitiva del equipo. El mismo servidor incluye cuadros
informativos que indican al usuario el uso de cada parmetro.

Web Configuration.
Integrated web server for easy unit configuration and intuitive
one. The same server includes informative tables that indicates
the user how using each parameter.

Control de abrepuertas.
Aplicacin para el control de una puerta, configurable desde
el servidor web. Permite activar un rel de apertura de puerta
de manera remota o desde el interior de un recinto mediante
la pulsacin de un botn instalado para tal efecto.

Opener Control.
Application for a door control, configurable from the web
server. It allows to activate a door opener relay remotely or
from within an enclosure by pressing a button installed for this
purpose.

Control de iluminacin.
Es posible activar un circuito de iluminacin externa tras la
pulsacin del botn de llamada.

Lighting control.
You can activate an external lighting circuit after pressing the
call button.

Generacin de alarmas.
Existe una entrada dedicada para la conexin de un sensor
que detecta cuando la puerta se ha quedado abierta. Se
puede configurar el dispositivo para que si la puerta
permanece abierta durante un tiempo determinado, se active
una alarma que alerte de dicho estado.

Alarm generation.
There is a dedicated input for connecting a sensor that detects
when the door is left open. You can configure the device so
that if the door remains open for a specified time, an alarm to
alerts the state.

Diagnstico de pruebas.
El servidor web incluye una pestaa de diagnosis en la que
se pueden identificar problemas relacionados con el altavoz,
el micrfono o la imagen.

Diagnostic tests.
The web server includes a diagnostics tab in which problems
can be identified with the speaker, microphone or image.

2. INSTALACIN PLACA DE CALLE.

STREET PANEL INSTALLATION.

2.1 Colocacin de la placa calle.

Placing of the street panel.

1. Coloque la caja empotrable. Coloque el tope superior y el

tope inferior sobre la caja de empotrar, con los 4 tornillos
M3x10 en los laterales y los dos tormillos M4x30 en el
centro.
Place the flush-mounted box. Place the top cap and the
bottom cap on the flush mounted box with 4 M3x10
screws on the sides and the two M4x30 screws in the
center.

2. Sujete la placa de calle con el colgador y conecte los

cables de la instalacin.
Hold the street panel with hanger and connect de cables
of the installation.

3. Descuelgue la placa calle del colgador. Apoye la placa de

calle sobre el tope superior y gire hasta apoyar la parte
inferior.
Off-street panel hanger. Support the street panel on the
top, and turn to support the bottom.

4. Sujete la placa de calle apretando los dos tornillos

inferiores.
Hold the street panel by tightening the inferior two screws.

2.2 Colocacin del tarjetero.

Placing of name card.

1. Extraiga la tapa de plstico transparente.

Remove the transparent plastic cover.

2. Sustituya la tarjeta. Coloque de nuevo la tapa de plstico

transparente.
Replace the card. Replace the transparent plastic cover.

2.3 Recomendaciones de instalacin de la placa calle.

Recommendations for installation of the street panel.

La placa de calle est suficientemente

protegida de las condiciones atmosfricas.
Sin embargo, es conveniente instalarla en
un lugar en que no afecten directamente
agentes como la lluvia, humedad, etc.

The street panel is sufficiently protected

against atmospheric conditions. However, it
is recommendable to install it in a place
where agents such as rain, humidity, etc.
cannot affect it.

Cuando la placa calle est expuesta a la

intemperie se recomienda instalarla sobre
un marco visera (ref. G1113L). En el caso
de superficies no lisas, donde la placa calle
o el marco visera no queden perfectamente
sellados mediante las juntas que
incorporan, se recomienda aplicar algn
sellante en toda la parte superior de la
placa calle o marco visera (ref. G1113L)
para evitar entradas de agua que puedan
daar el equipo.

When the panel is exposed to the elements

it is recommendable to install it with a visor
frame (ref. G1113L). In the case of surfaces
that are not smooth, where the street panel
or visor frame are not perfectly sealed with
the joints that are incorporated, then some
sort of sealer should be applied throughout
the entire upper part of the street panel or
visor frame (ref. G1113L) to thus avoid water
from penetrating and damaging the
equipment.

En la instalacin de videoportero, se ha de
escoger un lugar donde no incida
directamente una fuente de luz (sol, farolas,
etc.) sobre la telecmara, para evitar el
efecto de contraluz en la imagen.
En el caso de que la imagen no sea ntida
debido a luz insuficiente para la telecmara,
se ha de colocar una iluminacin auxiliar
como se indica en la figura. Esta iluminacin
auxiliar puede instalarse de tal forma que
slo se ilumine la escena cuando haya un
monitor funcionando.

When choosing the location to install a

video door entry system it is important to
find a location where the source of light
(sun, street lamps, etc.) does not directly
affect the camera, to thus avoid the effect of
the back light on the image.
If the image is not clear and sharp due to a
lack of light for the camera, then auxiliary
lighting should be placed as is duly
indicated in the figure. This auxiliary lighting
can be installed in such a way that it only
lights up the scene when a monitor is
working.

La manipulacin interna del equipo slo puede realizarse por personal especializado, y siempre con el equipo desconectado de la
alimentacin.
Internal manipulation of equipment can only be executed by specialized personnel and always with the equipment disconnected
from the power source.
3. MODO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO.

OPERATING MODE.

1.

Al presionar el pulsador, se establece la llamada con el

dispositivo (smartphone, tablet, ordenador o telfono
SIP) cuya direccin IP ha sido previamente configurada.
El mdulo emite un tono de llamada que indica al
usuario que la llamada se est realizando.

By pressing the button, the call is established with the

previously configured device (smartphone, tablet, PC or
SIP telephone) which IP address has been previously
configured. The module emits a tone that indicate the
user that the call is being made.

Si el dispositivo de destino no est disponible y la

llamada de reserva est activada, se realizara una
segunda llamada a un dispositivo secundario (de
reserva) previamente configurado.

If the destination is not available and the reservation call

is on, you would make a second call to a secondary
destination (reservation call) preconfigured.

Cuando una llamada est activa, se puede controlar

desde el dispositivo de destino el rel de puerta del
mdulo con unos cdigos previamente configurados.
Estos cdigos permiten abrir y cerrar el rel
temporalmente o de forma permanente.

When a call is active, you can control from the point of

destination the relay module door with a pre-configured
codes. These codes allow you to open and close the
relay temporarily or permanently.

Al presionar cualquiera de los pulsadores para

establecer una comunicacin, el rel de iluminacin se
activar. Esto permitira habilitar un mecanismo externo
de iluminacin durante el periodo en el que la llamada
est activa.

Pressing any of the buttons for communication, lighting

relay will be activated. This would enable an external
mechanism of illumination during the period in which the
call is active.

El mdulo dispone de una entrada para instalar un

pulsador o botn de salida. Tras presionar el botn de
salida, se activar temporalmente el rel de apertura de
puerta.

button. After pressing the exit button, temporarily it
enables door opening relay.

Si se desea realizar un control sobre el estado de la

puerta, es posible conectar una entrada de la placa de
calle GUINAZ IP a un sensor de puerta. Si esta
funcionalidad est activada, cuando la puerta se quede
abierta durante un intervalo configurable, se emitir un
mensaje de alarma bien por el altavoz del
intercomunicador o mediante una llamada a un destino
de alerta preconfigurado en el equipo.

If you want to perform a check on the status of the door,

you can connect an entry of the Guinaz IP street panel to
a door sensor. If this feature is enabled, when the door is
left open for a configurable interval, it will issue a warning
message either by the intercom speaker or through a call
to a preconfigured alert destination on your computer.

Characteristics of the output relays (for resistive load):
Maximum current: 2A.

NOTE: For NO resistive loads connection, it is
recommended to isolate the equipment from the load
through a relay R2620.

5. CONEXIN DEL MDULO Y ACCESO AL WEBSERVER.

MODULE CONNECTION AND ACCESS TO WEBSERVER.

La configuracin de los mdulos se realiza a travs de un

servidor web embebido en el dispositivo. A continuacin se
describe el proceso de conexin y acceso al webserver de
configuracin de la placa de calle GUINAZ IP.
Si tiene dudas del acceso al webserver puede revisar la
pgina 32: ANEXO VI. PLACA CALLE GUINAZ. Gua rpida
de configuracin.

The module configuration is done through a web server

embedded in the device. The following steps describe the
connection process and access to the webserver
configuration of GUINAZ IP Entry Panel.
If you have any doubt about the access to webserver you can
check page 32: ANEXO VI. GUINAZ IP ENTRY PANEL. Fast
configuration.

PASO 1. Conecte la placa de calle GUINAZ IP a su red.

Introduzca la direccin MAC del mdulo en su servidor DHCP
asignndole la direccin IP deseada.

STEP 1. Connect the GUINAZ IP Panel to your network. Enter

the MAC address of the module into the DHCP server
assigning the desired IP address.

PASO 2. Alimente el mdulo. Puede hacerlo a travs de un

switch PoE o un inyector Poe, si no dispone de ninguno de
estos equipos o no desea utilizar alimentacin PoE, deber
utilizar el alimentador externo F1350.

STEP 2. Feed the module. You can do this through a PoE

switch or Poe injector , if you dont have any of these
equipments or dont wish to use PoE power, you must use the
external power supply F1350.

PASO 3. Teclee en el navegador de un PC conectado a la

misma red, la direccin IP asignada a la placa de calle
GUINAZ IP por su servidor DHCP para acceder al web server
de la placa de calle. Introduzca los datos de usuario y
contrasea. Utilice los navegadores Google Chrome o Mozilla
Firefox para los que est optimizado el webserver.

STEP 3. Type in the browser of a PC connected to the

network, the IP address assigned to the GUINAZ IP Entry Panel
by your DHCP server. Enter the username and password data.
Use the browsers Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox that is
optimized for the webserver.

Todas las placas de calle GUINAZ IP reciben la configuracin

por DHCP, y tienen un usuario y contrasea de acceso al
webserver, por defecto:

All GUINAZ IP Entry Panels receive the settings through

DHCP, and have a username and password to access the
webserver, by default:

Contrasea: root

Username: admin
Password: root

Por motivos de seguridad, GUINAZ recomienda cambiar la

contrasea de acceso.

For security reasons, GUINAZ recommended to change the

password.

PASO 4. Cambie la contrasea de acceso al webserver por

una de su confianza. Este paso es recomendable y lo puede
hacer en cualquier momento de la configuracin.

STEP 4. Change the password to access the webserver by a

trust one. This step is recommended and can be done at any
time of the configuration.

PASO 5. El webserver tiene en la parte inferior un espacio

dedicado a mostrar la informacin de cada campo. En el

In the tab "Contacts" you must introduce the call destination

address. If you do not want to use the reservation call, leave
this field empty.

PASO 6. Tras los cambios en la configuracin de una

pestaa, pulse Aplicar cambios. En este momento los
cambios estarn salvados pero se perdern tras un
reinicio del mdulo. Si quiere salvar la configuracin de
manera permanente, pulse Salvar en el mensaje que
aparecer en la parte superior avisndole de este hecho.
Tras pulsar, el mdulo mostrar mensaje de confirmacin
y se reiniciar con la configuracin que haya
seleccionado.

STEP 6. After changes done in the configuration of a tab, press

"Apply Changes". At this time, changes will be saved but they
will be lost after a reboot of the module. If you want to save the
setting permanently, press "Save" in the message that appears
on top, alerting you to this fact. After pressing Save, the
module will display confirmation message and reboot with the
settings you have selected.

6.1 Paso PREVIO. Crear cuentas Linphone.

Cuando la placa de calle trabaja en modo IPBX, se utilizan cuentas Linphone para trabajar a travs de esta centralita virtual. Para
ello, se accede al siguiente enlace:

6.2 CONFIGURACIN PLACA DE CALLE.

Pulse botn para comenzar con el

Paso N 4. Acceso y configuracin de placa de calle.

Step N 4. Access and configuration of the entrance panel.
Abrir el navegador (google chrome o firefox) e introducir en la barra de direcciones la IP que ha apuntado.
Open the browser (google chrome or firefox) and enter in the IP address bar you should have noted before.
Le pedir autenticacin. Teclee el nombre de usuario y contrasea indicados en la imagen.
You will be asked for the authentication. Key in the "username" and "password" shown in the image.

Ir a la pestaa SIP e introducir el nombre y la contrasea de la cuenta creada para placa de calle generada en el paso previo:
Go to the SIP tab and insert the username and password of the created account for the entrance panel generated on the step

Puede revisar en la pestaa ESTADO que la placa de calle aparece registrada con la cuenta que ha generado.

7. GUINAZ SYSTEM / LINPHONE. Configuracin.

GUINAZ SYSTEM / LINPHONE. CONFIGURATION.

CONFIGURACIN DEL CLIENTE SIP LINPHONE (WINDOWS):

Los equipos IP GUINAZ son compatibles con clientes SIP
estndar. Utilizaremos el softphone Linphone, software libre
que se puede descargar de la siguiente
web: www.linphone.org. Si se quiere visualizar el vdeo H264
ser necesario instalar tambin el plugin H264 que se puede
descargar de la misma pgina.
Para configurarlo, seleccionar Linphone Preferencias

SIP CLIENT CONFIGURATION (WINDOWS):

GUINAZ IP units are compatible with standard SIP clients. We

will use the softphone "Linphone" free software that can be
downloaded from the following web: www.linphone.org.
If you want to view the video H264, you will also need to install
the H264 plugin that can be downloaded from the same page.
To configure, select Linphone
Preferences.

Network Settings: Los parmetros de esta pestaa debern

coincidir con los de la placa de calle GUINAZ. Seleccione
Send DTMF as SIP info si desea gestionar la apertura de
puerta desde el cliente SIP.

GUINAZ Entry Panel. Select "Send DTMF as SIP info" for
managing the open door from the SIP client.

Multimedia Settings: El parmetro Preferred video resolution

debe coincidir con la resolucin de vdeo seleccionada en
GUINAZ placa de calle IP. Video input device debe mostrar
Static image para no enviar vdeo en el sentido opuesto y
ocupar ancho de banda.

Multimedia Settings: The parameter "Preferred video

resolution" must match the selected video resolution in
GUINAZ IP unit. "Video input device" must show "Static image"
not to send video in the opposite direction and occupy
bandwidth.

Linphone Multimedia Settings

Manage SIP Accounts: Para comunicacin en modo P2P no

es necesario establecer una cuenta Proxy. Solamente es
necesario rellenar los campos de Default Identity.

Codecs: Tanto para audio como para vdeo, debern estar

activos los codecs compatibles con el sistema placa GUINAZ
IP, PCMU para audio y H264 con la opcin packetization
mode=1 para vdeo. Si se activa adems el codec MP4V-ES
con mayor prioridad que el H264, el vdeo transmitido ser
codificado en MPEG4 y ocupar mucho ms ancho de
banda.

active compatible with the GUINAZ IP Entry Panel, audio

La configuracin del cliente SIP Linphone se realiza de la

misma forma que en el caso anterior a excepcin de la
pestaa Manage SIP Accounts:

Pulsar Add para aadir una cuenta.

Introducir los campos correspondientes. Segn el
ejemplo previo:
Your SIP Identity: sip:Usuario SIP@Dominio
SIP es decir sip:usr1@sip.linphone.org
SIP Proxy address: sip: Direccin Proxy, en
este caso sip:sip.linphone.org
Seleccionar: Register at startup
Aceptar. Una vez pulsado el botn de aceptar,
aparecer la ventana de autenticacin donde se
deber introducir el usuario de autenticacin
usr1 y la contrasea pwd.

previamente, nos permite crearla en este paso.
Cuando la cuenta est correctamente registrada, aparece el crculo color verde en la parte superior izquierda de la
aplicacin.
