Student Information Guide

AMITY online examination system offers their Distance & Online students flexibility of
giving examination at designated centers or a preferred location of their choice through
online proctoring.
Student can give examination by two methods mentioned below
A. CENTER BASED EXAMINATION (At the Center) Students need to visit in
person at their chosen centres (as per the list mentioned while generating the admit
card) to give their examination.
B. ONLINE PROCTORING (At your preferred location) In Online proctoring
student need to give their exam at their preferred location provided the following :
Webcam (640X480 resolution)
Desktop / laptop (Without any external disturbances / interruptions)
Mozilla Browser (version 11+)
Team Viewer (to provide remote assistance by our technical team, in case of any
issues)
No software update should be activated (to turn off all the software updates)
Power backup & strong internet connection are MANDATORY for seamless
examination

Step 2: Pre- Checklist for Examination

Confirm Centre address and slot timing from your admit card.

Print Copy of Admit Card/ keep a soft copy in your Smart Phone.

Carry original valid photo-identity proof (Driving License. Pan Card, Voter Card, Pass
Port, Bank pass book, Aadhar Card)

Step 3: Online Examination Process

Report 15 minutes prior to your scheduled slot at your designated examination
center
Check your PC and request Centre Coordinator to provide you the assigned
access key.
Login and put your access key to start the exam.
Examination will start and stop as per scheduled slot in your Admit card.
If candidate is delayed by 15 or more minutes after the commencement of
examination, he/she will not be allowed to take the examination.
(B) ONLINE PROCTORING

Your face has to be proper shown in front of camera as shown in fig.

Only option 1 is permissible (which option is being referred here); in
other cases you may be debarred from exam for mal practices.
Examination Scheme
Question paper will be divided into three parts on the following format:
1. Part A: Student to attempt two out of four questions given. Answers to
be typed in the space provided. Each question carries five marks
Part B: Case study followed by five MCQs of two marks each (All to be attempted)
Part C: 50 MCQs of one mark each (All to be attempted)

ADMIT CARD Generation & SLOT Booking
Step 1: Visit www.amityonline.com
Step 2: Login using your Email Id & Password

Step: 3 upload your photograph for ADMIT CARD generation.

Once the photo graph is updated, click on the GENERATE ADMIT CARD
(Tab: 2nd last option on the left side of the page)

STEP 4: Once you click on GENERATE ADMIT CARD , a new

window opens with your admit card details and booking options.

Step 5: Click on Book Now button for each subjects Select one mode of
examination
A. CENTER BASED EXAMINATION( At the Center)

B. ONLINE PROCTORING (at your preferred location)

Step 6: Select at AMITY Exam Center

List of Centre will appear

Select your preferred Centre

Limited Seats are available at center which is on FIRST Come FIRST basis

Only use MOZILLA FIREFOX for examination purpose.
