WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works and Highways - Quezon IV
District Engineering Office advertised the Invitation to Bid with ITB No. 150036 for the above mentioned project through open competitive bidding on
September 14, 2015 and posted in nationwide circulation newspaper The
Manila Times Publishing Corporation and at the DPWH website, Phil-GEPS
and DPWH-Quezon IV DEO Bulletin Board from August 17-23, 2015;
WHEREAS, on August 07, 2015, this district received the approved SubAllotment Release Order No. SR2015-06-005918 in the amount of Php
25,536,680.00 issued by the DBM dated June 25, 2015 to adjust the release
for Routine Maintenance per Memorandum of Secretary Rogelio L. Singson
dated July 20, 2015 under Fund: 01101101 Regular Agency Fund General
Fund New General Appropriations Specific Budgets of National
Government Agencies in the amount of Php 1,276,834.00.
WHEREAS, there is a revision on the Program of Works, Plans and Approved
Budget for the Contract of the above mentioned project due to the
adjustment of Contract Amount from P6,000,000.00 to 5,000.00;
Original Appropriation:

Php 6,000,000.00

Less (Withdraw Amount) Php 1,276,834.00

New Appropriation:

Php 5,000,000.00

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee,
RESOLVE as it hereby RESOLVED to recommend to cancel the abovementioned project the Pre-Bid Conference, Receipt and Opening of Bids
for the above named project as scheduled on September 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
and September 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 PM and to procure through
re-advertisement. Further, to post in the DPWH Website and Phil-GEPS this
resolution and the corresponding Bid Bulletin to effect the said readvertisement for the information and guidance of all concerned.

Appropriation issued by the DBM dated June 25, 2015 to adjust release for
Routine Maintenance per Memorandum of Secretary Rogelio L. Singson dated
July 20, 2015 and received by this district dated August 07, 2015 with SubAllotment Release Order No. SR2015-06-005918 in the amount of Php
