Topic: Attitudes of the students from Transylvania University regarding the

possibility to start working from the period of faculty.
Research population: The students from Transylvania University

Chapter 1: Objectives
The overall objective of this study is to find out how
interested are students to engage since college.
Through this survey we want to find out what are the
conditions that would favor this decision; they seek
ways desirable workplace; opportunity offered to them
in the labor market; and according to what criteria
they choose work.
Chapter 2:
1.General hypotheses
During faculty, students tend to become independent.
Among the criteria students to earn their independence
are their need to have its own budget. Another
criterion that determines the choice to find a job is
related to the need to do their internships in the

company's already working.

In this survey we have seen what jobs students want,
how important is the company's image or salary
received, how many hours students are willing to work
and what is the amount of income that has them.
