DESCRIPTION

The universal PA/GA system INDUSTRONIC INTRON-D transmits and exchanges voice and data in
a fully digital way and is especially suited for use in
industrial applications of the pharma, chemical, petrochemical and energy industries due to its rugged construction.

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

The open and modular design allows the INDUSTRONIC INTRON-D system to comprise the functions of
a standard digital public address, general alarm and
warning (PA/GA) system as well as those of an intercom system. For undisturbed, non-blocking intercom
the system can manage up to 26 different priority levels.
The INDUSTRONIC INTRON-D system is frequently
utilized as warning system to protect personnel and
equipment. The integrated warning and alarm functions together with the high system performance make
it perfect for that purpose. In the event of a warning,
acoustic and optical signals are released. At the same
time, control signals are provided, e.g. for addressing
additional signalling devices in extremely loud surroundings.
The INDUSTRONIC INTRON-D system is also used
during normal operation in industrial surroundings in
order to transmit information, commands or announcements to personnel.
As a part of the basic function a highly integrated monitoring system is implemented. This monitoring checks
permanently all fundamental signal routings of the
system. Any malfunction is recorded and forwarded to
dedicated targets, e.g. access panels.
All functions of the INDUSTRONIC INTRON-D system are software driven and therefore easy to change
via the speech connection program by the user.
