Cleared and tracked material, created documentation packages, reviewed documents, used Boc-
Trac System Including electronic formatted reports. Maintained the Niton XLI-800 Alloy Analyzer,
including all license required for radioactive source, maintained the GLA for Boccard USA
Corporation. Obtained facilities for stress relieving, radiography.

Designed and created the SWP-3 Storm Water Release Program for Boccard USA Corporation.
Conducted inspection and updated SWP-3 as required by the TCEQ for our facility.

Researched contracts for labor and material pricing and all associated allowable charges.

2. Safety Management: Conducted in house inspections issuing corrective action notices.
Conducted initial safety orientations, training and annual training site specific for Houston plant.
Conducted workplace hazard assessment, and created safety policy and procedures to be
used at the Houston plant. Managed workers compensation program, including working with
doctors, carrier and employees to resolve key issues, conducted investigations of all injuries
and worked with carrier to resolve claim issues. Attended all state required CCH and BRC
meetings, working closely with carriers. Conducted weekly safety meetings and provided
supervision with topics for meetings. Also conducted bi-weekly safety committee meetings and
addressed safety concerns and issues with clients of Boccard USA Corporation to a
satisfactory conclusion. Eliminated lost time injuries and lost time days. Reduced medical
costs, Created drug screen policy and conducted in house screening of applicants.
