Hello,

To install the FinancialForce add-on, there are a few steps you'll need to follow
using the files found in this folder.
The folder contains a couple of pre-requisite files as well as the add-on file itself.
If you run into any problems while installing these files, please log a support
ticket via our helpdesk
1) Extract all files. Youll need unzipping software (such as 7zip) to do this.
Right-click on the zip file and select Extract All
2) Open the newly extracted folder, and go to the FF PreReq folder
IMPORTANT: If you have any trouble, you may need a local IT
Admin to authorise
3) Run the Microsoft WSE 3.0 Runtime installer, and continue through any
prompts. No settings should need to be changed
4) Run the vstor_redist installer, and continue through any prompts. No
settings should need to be changed
5) Determine which version of Office you have installed (32-bit or 64-bit).
This can be done by opening an Office product (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Select the File tab at the top, followed by the Account option on the left.
On the right, you should see an About product button (product will state
which application youre using Word, Excel, etc). Click on that. You should
see the version on the top line of text. Make a note whether this says 32 or
64 bit as thats the part were interested in.
6) Go back and open the XL_12 folder. Here youll find two FF add-ons. One
for 32-bit and one for 64-bit. Run the one that matches your version of
Office (as explained in point 5) and continue through any prompts. No
settings should need to be changed.
